My name is Leanne Bertino and I founded the Carmel Pet Sitter back in 2007. This is my thirteenth year of pet sitting. It has been a fun and rewarding career choice. I am an avid dog trainer having taken dozens of courses with my dogs including agility, rally, obedience and water work. I enjoy reading up on pets and dog training and behavior.
Per visit for pet sitting- rates start at $24 per visit and vary based on number of pets and location. Transport your pet to a vet, groomer, daycare, etc., Prices vary depending on time required and location. Service is based on your needs. Home checks can include watering indoor plants, checking doors, furnace, sump pump, etc.
Service area includes the following subdivisions in Westfield and North Carmel: Viking Meadows, Sonoma, Merrimac, Centennial, Ponds West, Kingsborough and many others. The Carmel Pet Sitter provides pet sitting for dogs, cats, birds and other pets as well as dog walking services to pet lovers in Westfield and North Carmel, Indiana.

Leanne was absolutely wonderful with our cats when we were out of the county for two weeks. She sent us periodic updates, including pictures and videos that really put our minds at ease. We were confident that our cats would be looked after and loved while we were away, and they absolutely were. Leanne also administered oral medication to one of our cats, which, as cat mums know, isn't always the easiest thing to do. Leanne is extremely professional and pleasant. There is never a doubt in your mind that she won't follow through. Couldn't recommend her more!

Leanne is the BEST! She has stayed with my 2 cats many many times. I have a very old cat, Tigger, who requires alot of extra special attention. Tigger will only eat fresh turkey from the deli. Leanne has went and bought him fresh turkey while I was gone to make sure that he eats. My other cat, Elsie, is somewhat "aloof" with most people, but Leanne kept trying and now Elsie will actually let her pet her!
I know that when I am gone, my kitties might miss me, but they are loved by Leanne and I know they are loved back and that she can take care of anything that they need. I would highly recommend Leanne!
