Services
Please note that this is only a request, someone from our office will contact you shortly to confirm a date and time for your appointment. Our routine and wellness appointments are generally 30 minutes long. Your pets will be admitted by our trained nurses and seen by our veterinarians. Some re-evaluation appointments may not require 30 minutes while more complicated cases may require more time. The nursing staff will take your pet's history, your concerns, and vital medical information before you leave.
For emergencies during office hours, please call us at 480-538-0900 and/or come to our office immediately. We will triage and treat emergencies on an as-needed basis. Being a full service hospital, we are prepared to handle any emergency your pets may encounter including snake bites, heat stroke, trauma, or acute illness.
Along with our knowledgeable staff and wonderful clients, we are also very proud of our unique hospital! Not only do you get to enjoy the scenic North Scottsdale desert as you drive to your appointment but also out our front windows you'll enjoy a gorgeous view of Pinnacle Peak. My husband and I moved to Cave Creek in March 2018. We did our research before we chose Dynamite Animal Hospital to care for our four fur babies. We have never been disappointed with our choice. Everyone at Dynamite is so caring, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Knowing your pets are in great hands takes the stress out of going to the vet for me and my pets. When we moved to the area, Dynamite had alot to live up to as our former vet was just the best ever. They stepped up and exceeded all my expectations. They are quick to respond using any form of communication you want. They are so kind to both owners and pets. They truly care about the well being of the animal. They are professional, calm, cool and collected. I just love them.

I have two Shih Tzu "kids" that I take to Dynamite for both medical/supplement needs as well as grooming (Heather). I LOVE Dr Smith and all of the staff that work there (Bonnie, Lacey, Morgan.). They are responsive, efficient, kind and compassionate (esp bc I'm "that" over the top Dog Mom. these really are my "kids" LOL) I HIGHLY recommend and when we have to move in two months I will drive the 30 mins it will take to get there rather than start over at the vet across the street from our new house.

It seems like for the first year of your puppy's life, each visit to the veterinarian is an emergency. Dynamite never downplays your concern, they always listen and are quick to get you on the schedule if needed. They really take the time to get to know you, , the parent, as well as your puppy. It's hard with COVID limiting access, but they found ways to make it work. Very kind staff and always make you feel like your dog is special. They do a great job.

I cant say enough about how much I love this Vet office and their staff! I brought my old man Rambo in for a check up because he was limping. The doctor and the nurse sat on the floor with him to exterminate instead of setting him on the table. His legs couldn't handle the table surface so well. They carried him everywhere he needed to go and didn't make him walk. And they were super calm and gentle with my nervous girl Daphne. I found my new home for all medical care needs for the kids!

Great vet, staff, office. Have not had any major medical concerns handled thru them to review, just routine appointments, but had a wonderful experience. Vet and vet tech (and groomer) took all the time we needed to answer all our questions. Pricing *may* be about $20 higher than we pay back in Ohio for same services but worth it for us to have a caring vet close by with ani-venom in house! And they were wonderful to both us and our dog so we are happy!
