I love this store! My puppy enjoys the treats! The only place we buy his kibble.

It's just the best! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I volunteer with a rescue based out of Omaha and often need dog friendly indoor places to conduct dog meet and greets/dog adoptions. While doing a dog adoption outside their store I was told by an employee I had to leave and I couldn't do that there. It is just ridiculous that you don't allow rescues to conduction a dog adoption even just outside your store?

Often times the adopters will purchase all needed supplies at your store before the adoption! I will NEVER shop at this petsmart for rescue or personal items. The North 27th store has been MORE than welcoming with our rescue and even promotes it.

We went to the South Pet Smart in Lincoln off of Pine Lake. Our new puppy had rolled in mud and was in dire need of a bath and nail trimming. Nearly everywhere we went was full up. We stopped by here and they managed to have a spot for her right away. Our girl Everest left smelling lovely, fluffy and tired. Thank you SO much to the groomer Teri! She was a ROCKSTAR and even gave our pup precious little bows! Definitely will come back in the future.

Adopted this pretty lady who had grown too large for pet store life. The very first thing she did when we got home was sink to the bottom and stand, for the first time, completely underwater. A beautiful moment.

My Labradoodle got the most HORRIBLE cut there yesterday! We have taken her there two other times and the first time was a little iffy but we gave them another chance and just explained she is a Labradoodle and she needed a specific cut. The groomer worked with us and she came out beautiful! We requested the same groomer and we explained the same thing we had discussed before.

My poor pup came out came out all shaved and uneven hair, some down to the skin and looks absolutely horrible. It makes me sad. I'm embarrassed to even take her for a walk. I could've done a better job!

Love this Petsmart! Shannon has groomed our Cavapoo since he was a puppy. We know our dog is loved and cared for here!
