The Groom Room, Inc., offers a very experienced staff who have between 4 and 20 years of experience in the pet grooming industry. Because we are firm believers in continuing education, we make sure our staff attend at least 1 major seminar per year to keep current with new techniques and best practices.
The Groom Room, Inc., offers complete grooming services for your dog. The service includes bathing, trimming toenails, brushing out hair, and ear cleaning. We can do pet specific haircuts geared to the desire of the pet owner, and bandanas and bows are available upon special request. We just moved to town and was skeptical to take our Goldendoodle somewhere, as we've NEVER had luck with groomers doing what we asked. The groom room was able to get me in next day and Sarah was the groomer. She was AWESOME! I showed her a picture of what we wanted and she did exactly that. So refreshing to find a groomer that listened to what we wanted instead of what they thought the breed should look like. We will definitely be back

Doodle review: Just don't! Worst cut to date! My dog literally sits or stands calmly during cuts so.please explain why when I asked for one length all over, I got patches of bald spots and long fur? Added a few photos for reference but please know, this irregular pattern was throughout his entire body. The bald spots revealed irritated red flesh. My dog RAN out of the building when I picked him up.
He was nervous and sad the rest of the night (wish I was kidding) but I have never seen my dog act the way he did that night! Not sure what all went on in that place but one fact I do know is, my dog suffered a horrible cut! Thank god hair grows back. No more groom room for us.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability My dog came back home smelling like moldy jalapenos and ive heard bad things about the groomer i went to after i complained. She should not be trusted with your dog. She doesnt care about the dogs feelings while shes working on them and i even heard her uttering rudely to a dog she was working with.

I have tried various groomers for my large bernedoodle and none have come close to the Groom Room. Sarah was very understanding of what I wanted and took the time to talk with me to discuss the specific cut I wanted on my dog. They even gave me extra advice on what tools to buy to keep the cut nice in between grooming appointments. It is the third time I bring my dog here and they have not disappointed me once! + the staff is extremely friendly!
