I have only had good experiences with critters clippers! They always did a great job with "comfort cuts" grooming on my (late) elderly pup and were always responsive in a timely manner when scheduling appointments. He always looked great after his appointments and I appreciated the patience they had with him. Great groomers and great work!

I love getting my Tessa groomed through the mobile unit. She gets a bath and a haircut, and I don't have to drop her off somewhere and then go back for her. They do a wonderful job grooming her. They show up on time, and send you a reminder of your appointment. It may cost a little more for this service, but I totally think it's worth it and trust the job they will do.

I was nervous at first. But I have two German Shepherds and haven't had any luck with getting them groomed because of the stress it places on them going somewhere. I call Critter Clippers and I spoke with Scott and set up an appointment. Scott was super helpful! The appointment went great. I love how they are able to come to your house and keep the dogs comfortable in their own environment. I use them every time our dogs need groomed. Highly recommend.

Critter Clippers always does an excellent job! If they're running late or early (which is rare) they always let you know ahead of time. They get the job done quickly and efficiently. Very professional. Before I found Critter Clippers I had to drive my doggos to a grooming place and they were super traumatized for days afterward. After an appointment with Critter Clippers they're happy and looking great! Our groomer Kelly is superb! I highly recommend!

If I could rate this company a zero I would. A young woman who worked at Critter Clippers came to groom my grandma's friend's dog, Max. Max had some matts on the lower part of his back that needed to be combed through/ cut out. These were pretty bad so the owner told the young woman to try and comb them out but if it wasn't working to just cut them out.
A few minutes later she saw Max outside, now unable to move his back legs, crawling away from the woman. Mortified, she ran outside to see what had happened. To her horror, huge clumps of hair were now missing on his back. What Happened: This lady had been ripping the clumps out because they couldn't be combed through! So Max, in pain and frightened, tried to jump off the table and the lady grabs his back legs trying to keep him from jumping off.
This action turned out to rip his tendons, leading to him not being able to use his back legs. He died shortly after due to a decline in his health after the incident. I do blame this on this young woman but whoever trained her is to blame as well. Max was big and this woman was pretty small in stature. The company sent only her to groom him. She was not able to handle this and I 100% believe Critter Clippers is to blame for this incident.
The owner of Max has not received any compensation and this was approximately 5 years ago. Hopefully the young woman was fired but the company is still to blame for improper training. I have attached pictures of the wounds this woman left on Max. Be aware that these are very disturbing.

I am sure they are good at pet sitting but I am unable to find out! I have left two messages in the last two weeks and have not received an answer to a request for pet sitting. I have since found another pet sitter. It doesn't make me to confident in their ability to respond to pet care needs and my ability to reach them in case of an emergency. Very poor business practice to not return phone calls in a timely manner.

Fantastic service with employees that really, truly care about your pets. We've used them every time we've gone on vacation for the last four years and have never been disappointed. With four cats and five ferrets, boarding really isn't an option. Critter Sitters has made our trips stress free knowing that our fuzzy children are in good hands.
