We are authorized to ship DogWatch Hidden Fence and Indoor Boundary products only to customers in our service area. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will refund (less the cost of card processing fees and shipping) within 14 days of the original purchase. Products must be unused and and returned in original packaging.

My wife and I are so thankful to have installed DogWatch Hidden Fence! We accidentally put our dog outside the other day without her collar. Thanks to her being trained where the fence existed, she never passed the fence boundary. We consider ourselves fortunate, as another dog came onto our property to play with our dog, but our dog never left due to DogWatch's product and training. THANK YOU!

DFW Dogwatch Hidden Fences did the TRICK! I have a calico cat named Sophie and nicknamed 'Houdini', she literally escapes from everything! I was reluctant to try anything else after spending an embarrassingly ridiculous amount in netting, twirling pipes, and god knows what else! BUT I did and thank you DFW Dogwatch, Todd, Jay and everyone else all my cats are enjoying their private backyard and respecting the boundaries! It really works, my cats are safe and I'm not stressed. And Carol, thank you for your wonderful recommendation!

Love this company and all of the employees that have been to my house. I have had my dog fence for about a year. The installation was a great experience. I have had to have them come out twice because of dog and user errors not because of the system. They came out within two days each time and did everything I needed in a timely fashion. I would recommend this company to anyone.
