This is the place my dog I like to come because my dog gets to play with other dogs and he gets excited when we drive up. We've been coming here for the better of 8 years since he was puppy. Today I picked up my dog early from an out of town visit. Didn't have such a favorable talk with the weekend receptionist after I asked where the extra food might be that I brought for possibly an extra day stay.
She said that he ate it all which at first I wasn't really happy with but after she explained what happened I understood. She was about to feed him house kibble which I didn't know why because he had enough food for three days yet he was only there for two. The owner called and explained how it played out with the food which is fine. I was worried the house kibble contained chicken which my dog is allergic to. As I was leaving I said I might need to find somewhere else take my dog. I'm afraid they might be too big to care about losing a customer.

This place is definitely golden! i was panicking this morning trying to find a reliable doggy daycare with genuine people after a mishap at my "normal" daycare i drop my dog off at and i happened to stumble across this business and they openly took my dog in! they were all so kind and understanding and went above and beyond expectation! this is definitely going to be my main daycare facility for weekly use!

This was my very first day at this facility. From beginning to end the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My dog clearly loved it and I can verify this because they have cameras that I can log on to and check in. He was playing non-stop. He came home nice and tired! I definitely will be purchasing a day care package for my long work days. I did not ask for a tour of the facility so I only got to see the front. I was pleased with what I saw and will be bringing him back.

They kept my dogs for 6 hours after telling me it would probably take only about 30-40 minutes when I scheduled the appointment. They said they would call to tell me they were done and after 5 hours I called to check in and they said it would be about 1 more hour. 1 more hour goes by and I haven't gotten a call so I call again and they said my dogs have been done for an hour and the groomer has left.
She said the groomer said she tried to call me and couldn't get ahold of me. I was sitting by my phone all day with no phone calls. My fiance went to pick them up and one of our dogs didn't even get his haircut and they were still going to charge us for it, so someone gave it to him really quick. This was our first time here and it was overall not a great experience.
