In this time of Covid restrictions we don't get to meet the doctors that are checking our 4 legged babies changing vet's is difficult but I could not be happier. Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital's entire staff has been incredible. They are all professional yet so loving and kind. The level of care and the fact that they are AAHA accredited is a BIG DEAL.
The doctors take their time to explain all possible scenarios and solutions. The appt. are on time, they don't keep you waiting for ever, prices are extremely reasonable. We are very pleased with Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital

Save your pet! The butcher (Dr. Zona Izumi) showed not only lack of compassion for my pet but absolute lack of knowledge. She asked to complete a bacteria culture test for an ear infection and when I said I'll skip, she said that's fine because it would not work anyway because the pet is already on antibiotics. why would she do that? either because she tried to steal the $300 or because her lack of knowledge. Next, she started cleaning the infected ear and since it was swollen it scratched it so badly that it started bleeding. of course, she charged for the procedure even though it was not performed. Well, of course, the next day there was no call from her office to check on how my pet is feeling. so disappointing.

Was a client of this vet's office for close to a year and thrilled to recommend them to others. However last week I had to say goodbye to one of my dogs and brought her into the office and the vet has never reached out to say he was sorry for my loss and was actually at the office when I had to say goodbye and never came in to see me. Where is there a vet that has compassion these days. This animal hospital has lost me as a client (and I have 3 dogs) and the two people that i have recommended won't go back either.

My Boxer and I just had our first visit with Pinnacle Peak Animal Hospital and I am certain we will continue to go here! Typically my dog is anxious to leave any vet office but this was not the case this time, he came out of the back room looking much happier. My first visit assures me they are doing a wonderful job and truly care about what they are doing! Dr. Izumi took her time with a thorough inspection physically and verbally as if she was caring for her own fur baby.
I am sure we are getting the treatment we needed that we did not get at our last visits at other vet offices. I recommend anyone in the area in need of a vet to check them out.
