We absolutely adore Happy Hearts Pet Care. Lee has been taking care of our dog for his entire life (9+ yrs). She and her team are so attentive and easy to work with. It's reassuring to know that our dog has someone so caring to visit him for a walk every day. We recommend Happy Hearts Pet Care to all of our neighbors and friends.

We never had to worry about Buddy and Rosie while we were away. Lee and Kim did such a great job taking care of our pups. Walks, cuddles, treats and games. And all the mail brought in and trash day taken care of. Lee knows dogs and their behavior and she has a great team. Happy Hearts is the best!

Lee and the whole staff at Happy Hearts are terrific. They're responsible and go above and beyond, even sending you a picture from each visit. They love and know dogs, and my dogs have always loved them. (I've used HH for almost 20 years!) I've never had any complaints and recommend them to everyone looking for in-home dog sitting and walking.

We're so glad we found Happy Hearts Pet Care! They were wonderful with our older, sweet but quirky cat that we adopted just over a year ago. We were worried to leave her for two weeks, given her age and finicky eating habits. HHPC sent updates - with pics - after every visit, and it was clear that kitty was enjoying their company and eating well. Such peace of mind : HHPC were all the things people look for in a pet sitter: reliable, professional, responsive, caring. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat.

Happy Hearts has been a godsend during this whole pandemic. The staff is covid cautious, respectful, vaccinated and SO very sweet with old senior pups, two of whom are blind. Mason taught our smallest one how to navigate curbs. And he is fun and funny and willing to chat with my child for a few moments, which is also a nice social addition when kids have been so isolated for much of the past 2 years. I cannot recommend this company enough. Don't hesitate to hire them to care for your furbabies. You won't be disappointed.

Lee and her team have cared for our pets and home for 20 years now. We trust them 100% to take care of everything with our pets and home! Over the years, in addition to providing amazing pet care - they have handled power outage issues, home security and computer network issues, home thermostat issues, mail and package deliveries, on and on! Completely reliable, trustworthy and caring! We feel safe and secure when we leave - knowing that they are taking care of things while we're gone! Highly recommend them!

I've been using Lee and Happy Hearts Pet Care for nearly 20 years and she and her team are the best! Not only are they reliable and professional but you can tell they genuinely care about their clients' pets. When my dog ran away, Lee helped me look for him until two in the morning. In fact, she was the one who found him. Great pet sitter and very kind person!

I've used people on their staff for YEARS! Would not trust my fur babies to anyone else. They are highly organized, professional, communicative, and my cats LOVE them! The per-visit updates and photos are a huge highlight when we're gone. Especially pleased with Nancy and Mason (who takes the best photos!). They've really brought out the friendly in my "scaredy cat" and have made him feel as comfortable with them as he is with us. He won't come out from under the bed for anyone else! Nancy has even helped me solve some cat conundrums over the years. They REALLY know how to speak cat language well!

I can't say enough good things about Lee and her team. I heard about Happy Hearts from a family member who used them for their dogs and am so glad I did! Lee made me feel at ease from day one. I have a very large, high energy puppy and they do such a nice job with her. They send updates and are always reliable and professional. I always feel at ease when I am at work and know that they will be there.

The wonderful pet sitters at Happy Hearts are such a relief when we are out of town. They take such great care of our kitties and are always quick to help with other maintenance around the house. They also communicate very reliably, which provides great peace of mind!

I've been using Happy Hearts for about 4 years now and they are simply fantastic. I have two cats--one is a grumpy diabetic cat who requires insulin twice a day--and Lee and the team always go above and beyond to take great care of them and give them all the attention/care they need. I always feel reassured knowing that my cats are in good hands when I go away. I am so grateful to have them to take care of my cats and I could not recommend Happy Hearts enough! Ten stars!

The owner mistakenly wrote down incorrect dates for an appointment to take care of our dogs. Everything was fine until half-way through Thanksgiving day - when services mysteriously stopped. We became aware of the problem in the evening. No one had been at our house for 8-10 hours! We tried to find an phone number for Happy Hearts - but they publish none.

We left an email - but, at nearly 8PM on a holiday, we had no expectation of a prompt response. Fortunately, an email to the care-giver (from a previous company which was acquired by Happy Hearts) got a quick response and this young man went to our house at the end of a long day to take care of our dogs. We didn't hear from Happy Hearts until the next day.

We had an "accident" in the house as a result of this error. Care stopped exactly one day prior to expectations and the owner turned around and blamed the problem on ME for not checking the dates she entered in her "Portal". Our dogs were fed spicy browned sausage with their dry food instead of the ground beef specified and it took two days for digestive systems to return to normal.

In the end, in spite of polite discussion of the problem, the owner of this business "fired" us as clients because of the implied criticisms involved. Her longevity in the business and her "Portal" (which we had never seen before) were the shields behind which she has chosen to hide. So we're left to find another pet care service. (We've been using the company she acquired during the pandemic for many satisfactory years before this.) We are disappointed - to say the least. RE: Owner Reply There was not so much as ONE unkind or uncivil word in dealing with YOU personally or with your "team" - consisting of ONE individual who had cared for pets at our home on many - many prior occasions and had even slept in our home a number of nights (at the suggestion of his mother - the owner of the business you acquired during the pandemic.

We acknowledged our possible role in the mistaken dates and thought we had things resolved satisfactorily. YOU "fired" us - even though you didn't use the word. The statements of fact regarding our pets' care were, apparently too much criticism for your sensitivities and you told us we would have to find another pet sitter before our next travels away from home. You have turned out to be a bitter disappointment following many years with the company you acquired during the pandemic.

We have used Happy Hearts Pet Care for almost 20 years. Lee and her crew have always been top notch and professional. We have used them for daily dog walks and week long home stays while we were on vacation. Needless to say we find them trustworthy and capable to adapt to challenging situations that arise. That includes taking care of Winston our first dog during his last days.

Both our dogs, Winston and now Riley, always anticipate their arrival. Difficulties have arisen and they have handled them professionally. They have also proven very flexible when conditions change ( and they do). Needless to say, I highly endorse them. One more thing, Lee has always taken candid photos of our boys which we cherish them, especially of Winston, our Westie, rolling in the snow.
