Amazing staff and facilities. Our dogs had so much fun. Will definitely going back the next time we are on vacation.

Recently adopted a puppy, she's turned out great. No real complaints with dog or staff. In fact, Sean was extremely helpful and still asks us for updates on our pup a month later, showing that he genuinely cares.

I have been using Scottsdale Pet Hotel to board my cat for about a year. I am always satisfied with them! They are very friendly and take the time to learn about Mozzi's preferences, and to give me a report on how she did while staying there. I highly recommend them!

I love taking my dog here for half days of daycare. They have an outdoor area and they rotate high energy dogs and low energy dogs out to play at different times. They also have an indoor area for smaller dogs to play as well. They offer boarding as well which I have never tried. Their prices are reasonable and my dog enjoys his time here!

My dog picked up kennel cough, etc. I called to inform them about it and was told no one else called with this problem (doubtful). The vet bill was over $600. I will not be going to this hotel again.

Ive been bringing my dog Bruno there for months. staff is amazing and great value for boarding and day care. so glad I found this place my dog is always in great spirits when I pick him up!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Value Sent my dogs there over new years for 4 days I pick my dog up with a deep gash on her head this cut would have bleed a lot someone had to clean the blood off her head. Everyone including the owner says nothing happened the whole time. She also has gashes around her nose and mouth

Love this place, adopted a kitten from this place. They are very good for cats.

These people are absolutely amazing! I thought I was only going to need my cat kept with them for 2 weeks. That 2 weeks turned into a month. They without question let him stay an extra 2 weeks. Upgraded him to a bigger space without charge and all they ever told me was how great of a cat he was. I will forever use them in Phoenix! Absolutely the best place to keep your animals if you need! Highly highly recommend them! They are the absolute best!

Please help if anybody else had any experience like this or your dog had a bad experience at this place please let us know. I don't know where to start or what to say about this we just picked up our dog it was his first time at this place he spent a night there today he came back he was not clean at all still dirty and on top of that he is injured has a scrape underneath his nose by a top of his lip also in his eyes are bloodshot red it when he got home it looks like he was scared for his life try to speak to the manager there she's been nothing but rude lying that she has video of him and then when I asked her to see the video she tells me you can't see him on the video this place is not a good place for your dogs this is not OK for a person to treat customers and animals like this this place should be shut down. Very rude and unprofessional how can you hurt somebody's pet and then be mad about it

Could not say enough great things about SPH. The second I pull into the parking lot my dog is wagging is tail and wanting out. Each individual staff member is always super friendly and helpful with any questions. My pup always leaves with a smile in his eyes and then takes a nice long nap the rest of the day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dog daycare, boarding and grooming place. Thanks SPH, you all are the best!

Our dog loves going here! We go a few times a week and it's perfect for him. He knows the parking lot and gets so excited to go in. We're grateful we discovered this place and it's been a huge help in managing and exhausting our dog while at work.

The staff is friendly and helpful and Aufy (my dog) starts getting really excited when we pull up. If he loves it, that's good enough for me.

My husky is so happy to return home, although I believe he does miss his friends. I am thankful for wonderful staff at Scottsdale Pet Hotel, I know my Husky had a great experience I'm sure he missed all the attention. Thanks to Meghan she is doing a great job. This is the best place to board or have your pet go to daycare the employees are all top notch and my dog who is very difficult with other dogs does very well with the dogs there every day and has made some friends and is being socialized well the place is very clean and the people are sweet I highly recommend Scottsdale pet Hotel

I recently rescued a large long-haired cat the was in pretty rough shape. She was matted terribly and it was urgent she be shaved. The staff is incredible. Kind, attentive, caring and the experience was excellent. Shawn is truly an artist. I'd recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional groomer.

So happy with the overall experience adopting my beautiful rescue girl from Scottsdale Pet Hotel. We got to bring our other dog and meet several of the pups they have available looking for furever homes. I met my wonderful Athena and have been deeply in love ever since. They were patient and understanding as we went through the process. Super staff and great environment.

My doggy Xylo loves the Scottsdale Pet Hotel. She goes multiple times per week and is always very excited to go. The staff is very friendly and lets me know how she did when I pick her up. I would recommend Scottsdale Pet Hotel to anyone looking for a fun place to send their dog.

They were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end, as we had our sights set on one we saw on their list of dogs for adoption, after which they invited us to come meet him, interact with him for as long as we wished, and walked us professionally and kindly through the entire process. One year later, he's naturally part of the family, and we owe it to the great people at Scottsdale Pet Hotel. Really high recommendation for the wonderful work they do.

We had a great experience adopting Bear (previously Frank) from Scottsdale Pet Hotel. They took the time to make sure he got along with our other dog and everyone in our household. Although originally skittish. around males, he just needed a chance to learn to trust people again. We have loved every moment with this big boy and are so thankful for the people who rescued him

We were visiting from out of town for engagement photos and had brought our dog. After the photos we found Scottsdale Pet Hotel online and were able to get Indy right in for doggy day care so we could explore and Indy could take a nap! The staff were so nice and accommodating- would definitely use them again!

I adopted my adorable border colie/lab from here. Everyone I met was so friendly and helpful with the adoption process. This last week I had to go out of town and decided to board Jack at Scotsdale Pet Hotel, having never boarded a pet before I was a bit nervous. Shawn was so helpful and made it so easy. During his stay I got text pictures updates of Jack from the staff. When I picked him up today it was obvious he had been well cared for and loved while I was away.

My Frenchie Rita LOVES these guys. They are absolutely perfect! She always comes home happy and tired. She is always happy when she realizes we are there in the mornings. I was in Scottsdale but I moved to Mesa. I still make the drive every weekday. I trust this place 100%. Awesome people and super nice facility.

I stopped going to Petsmart for grooming and was looking for a place to groom my dog. I came across Scottsdale Pet Hotel and loved their prices. She did a better job on grooming my dog than Petsmart ever has and her price was much cheaper. He is still so soft a week later. 10/10 for sure.

I've been taking my dog here for years now. He has a great time every single time! They usually text me photo updates of him and he gets really excited whenever I drop him off. Wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

Fabulous place! Great prices and friendly workers. I left my kitty here while I was away for more than a week, and the owner even sent me updated photos! I knew that my cat was well looked after - looked like he was having fun (most pets have trouble being away from their owners/homes). He was totally comfortable here, and he wouldn't be if the employees didn't know what they were doing. Totally recommend.

We really appreciate the staff at SPH, loving on our big Bentley while we are gone. Before we scheduled anything, they were graciously accommodating with a tour and the many questions I had. Everything was clean, and it didn't smell like dog or anything else inside. There is a "yard" in the back with shaded astroturf and misters for outdoor playtime.

We have used their boarding, day care, and nail clipping services for the better part of 2016. I would definitely recommend this place because they have just been so wonderful with our very energetic large breed mutt. The way they talk about and treat him makes us feel comfortable leaving him overnight when we have to.

I've been using SPH for about 2 years now to board my pup Payton and they are the best. It's tough to trust a place with your pets and this place knocks it out of the park, the employees are great, they update me on how my dog is doing if I'm on a long trip and even send pictures and videos of her playing with other dogs so I know she's staying active and having a great time.

Their grooming services are also top-notch, Payton always comes home smelling great after baths and her nails are always trimmed perfectly. Love this place and the staff, a great place to bring your pets.

My pets absolutely love coming to the Scottsdale Pet Hotel. I always used to feel guilty having to leave them behind when I left for a trip, but I no longer do because when we pull up to the building their tails are wagging. When they see the familiar faces of the caretakers they are excited to see their friends. The owner Laura has such a big heart for animals, I always know my dogs are well taken care of. They enjoy the extra play times and getting a bath while they're there. It is a home away from home for them.
