We are a Family Owned & Operated Facility Since 1997 with a commitment to make your pet feel at home when you're away. At Brentwood Pet Resort we pride ourselves in that our staff is geared towards client education, client relations, as well as excellent pet care.
POLICY: We accept debit or credit cards as forms of payment over the phone or in person. All customers are responsible for the boarding time they have listed on their reservation check in sheet, and must pay for the time reserved. This still applies if you return early and come to pick up your pet without giving us at least two days' notice.
For the safety of your pet and other pets vacationing with us, we do require all vaccine boosters to be administered at least 72 hours prior to their visit. Requirements are the same for all pets boarding, grooming, and those in day care. All vaccinations need to be verified by documentation from your veterinarian.
Yes, our home is located 100 feet from our pet boarding facility. There is always someone here 24/7 unlike some pet boarding/day care facilities that vacate their facility after closing hours. Brentwood Pet Resort provides frequent checks throughout the night ensuring each and every one our guests are clean, safe, and happy.

Lisa is Moki's new groomer and she met him when he was 4 months overdue for a groom. That made his coat full, thick and matted and she did such a wonderful job. Moki is a sweetheart and his only downfall is he "kisses" when he doesn't like something (getting his nails clipped.) It took her a afternoon to get him out from that hair, she was patient and kind with him.
His last grooming appt at Banfield, he came home with a very uneven groom, his coat had patches that were noticeably rough clipped, he had skin areas that had dried blood and he was extremely anxious and shaking uncontrollably when we picked him up. It took me months to find a groomer, Brentwood Pet Resort has policies that took us a bit to fulfill with safety protocols for Moki.
They were patient with guidelines and suggestions to make his 1st appt easy for him and Lisa and Katelyn kept lines of communication open right to the day of. Moki was hesitant the 1st 5 min. when he met Lisa but he finally went with her, he was "silly" when we got him and he was so happy and handsome. He slept till past his dinner, and he only does that after a bath at home. We could tell he was relaxed, thank you so much Lisa.

FANTASTIC service. I can't say enough about the communication, compassion, and flexibility of the Pet Resort. This is an interesting review as I haven't *actually* visited; however, I have a senior kitty who has diabetes and needed the best care for her for a much-needed local air B&B staycation. They worked with me to find a schedule, around the holidays no less, and were so caring. When we are able to reschedule, I will have her stay nowhere else!

Fantastic place to take ur pet. Staff was very polite and put the wife at ease about leaving the dog there. My dog has yet to learn to speak English to give us her 1st dog account, but she seemed very happy. She was nice and clean and smelled great when we pucked her up also. Will definitely use this place again when needed.

Great service and excellent staff! I was in a bind and needed to kennel my dog on what seemed like the busiest weekend ever. BPR had availability! I spoke with Katelyn, she was very sweet and professional on the phone. I stopped by to look at their facility beforehand. I was so impressed with how clean and tidy everything is! I was initially a little concerned there are no runs for daytime, but my dog has stayed twice now and each time I've picked him up, he's happy and sleeps well for like two/three days!
I would recommend them to anyone looking to kennel their dog! I think their hours are great! I love they are open every other Sunday. It's great to have the option for pick up if it works with your schedule. (For those complaining about hours - you read them on their website and the sign driving onto the property. Not that I want them to lose business, but if you don't like it, maybe choose a different location vs making a stink about it?) As a new Brentwood resident, I'm so happy there is a place close by I can take my dog and know he will be well cared for! Thank you Brentwood Pet Resort!

If you're looking for a place to board your pet, look no further, Brentwood Pet Resort is the best! I've brought two generations of Akitas here for many years. Our current Akita (Reba) knows when I start packing her overnight items, where she's going and gets very excited, that makes me feel good about leaving her there and leaves me stress free when I'm on vacation. The staff is very professional and I'm confident she's very well taken care of.

My dog loves this place. At other places i noticed my dog losing weight, and acting strange, but at Brentwood Pet resort, my dog has a blast. Our dog is a little shy, misses home when we're not there, and is sometimes sensitive to loud noises (dog barking), but she loves it here. She may even like it better than our own home! She getts doggie cookies, swimming, and playtime sessions! And, its not very expensive for such a great service! We take our dog there every time we go on vacation. I totally recommend it, and I hope your pet has as much fun as my pet did.

My wife Tricia and I have been taking our dogs and cats to Brentwood Pet Resort for 2 years. They take very good care of our pets, giving them plenty of room to and attention and are happy to let them play with the toys we bring and give them their treats. We have taken our pets to other places in the past and Brentwood Pet Resort is the best.
