Love this place for their homemade chicken jerky! My dog also loves coming here because they always spoil her with treats while we shop.

I'm very happy with the toys I bought. My dogs are very strong chewers and usually manage to break toys within days. I bought a few toys here 2 months ago and they are still in great shape! Amazing quality!

I love this store. It's adorable, in a prime location, my dog loves it, and its a great place for doggy gifts. During covid lockdown they offered food assistance to people struggling to feed their animals. Good good vibes.

I love these ladies. There is a genuine care and concern for animals amd their owners here. I always feel well treated and cared for. They carry very high quality products for great healthy animals. My choice for food is Raw Dynamic which is the best food I've ever used for my dogs. Highly recommend that one.

Despite any claims to the contrary, they are the dog friendliest place I have ever been in. There are always dogs in there enjoying meeting friends and sniffing out new toys and treats they want their human to get them. Staff is devoted and helpful. If you want good things for your pet, go here. If you want dog or cat food made of recycled spoiled hot dogs and shredded Chinese newspapers, this is not the store for you.

I love this store! There is always an amazing selection of food, homemade treats, unique toys, and anything else you might need for your pup. The owner and employees are super helpful and nice and my dog has met many of his friends there!

Amanda was very helpful with our previous dog and his chronic health issues. We were able to find home made treats there that didn't affect his dietary allergies and he'd love going there. (As he was a cranky old man in a fur suit we were always surprised how much he liked going there). The only negative to bringing your pet is they like picking out toys. Not just one, not just two, but they want the entire store. We haven't brought our newest dog as she's a hyper terrier but soon.

Water Street Market would not be what it is without Paws of Distinction. It is a draw for pet lovers from the Hudson Valley and beyond. Amanda keeps the shop well stocked with healthy and organic treats and fun toys and she and her staff are extremely welcoming. It is refreshing to see the care she puts into her shop and products because of her true love for animals. We are lucky to have this special place in our town.

I simply love this store. The owner is highly devoted to her business and offers a great assortment of dog and cat toys, high quality pet food, collar, leashes and treats. I especially love the wall of cookie jars filled treats, where you can build your own bag of goodies for your dog. They sell toys that are of incredible quality and have always been a hit with my dogs.

They even sell bow ties for your handsome fur guy! A few years ago I found the best dog coat here, and return every year to get a new version. I love being able to bring my dogs inside, and the staff is super friendly with every visitor. Businesses like this are hard to find. The big box stores are NOT cheaper, and you will rarely get recognized for being a return customer like you will be at this beautiful boutique pet shop.

This is place is absolutely fantastic. I had never met a more caring and helpful owner. She took the time to walk me through the food choices for my dog's sensitive stomach and ended up giving us free samples of several. She introduced Honest Kitchen to us and it has been a total blessing. It is a superb dog food. The store also has fun and truly indestructable toys. Prior to that only the Kong could claim that label.
