Dave is great. Prompt and knowledgeable. Installed our fence and showed us how to get our dog used to it.was easy as could be. We had a stomp removed and the company accidentally cut the wire for the fence placed below ground. Called Dave and he was able to squeeze us in the next day to repair the fence. His service is superior as are the folks that answer the phone for questions and replacement parts. And reasonably priced.

In 2014 I first contacted Dave and his (Dogwatch) team for help with my dogs. His service is 1000% effective. The dogs train easily to it and the team is ALWAYS available whenever needed. They go above and beyond to make life happy for us and our pets. The underground invisible fence is a great option for those who don't like the look of a permanent fence or don't have the option of one or for dogs that are climbers. With this system I never have to worry about a pet slipping out of the door when leaving my house. Hands down the best and friendliest service around. 10/10

Dave did a great job installing the new dog fence- fast and efficient. He was very thorough in explaining how the system works, as well as how to properly train the dogs to get used to the fence. We are THRILLED with our DogWatch outdoor invisible fence. It's a gamechanger! We have a very energetic 1yo foxhound/beagle puppy who chases birds with the speed of a locomotive. At first I wasn't sure he would respond to an in-ground fence, but it works beautifully for him. Dave's approach to the training was so clear, honest, and patient. He's been so responsive to our questions.
It's been less than a month and Charlie is finally safely able to go outside on his own or with the kids. I don't usually write online reviews, but this product is truly exceptional, as is the customer service. Dave worked with sincerity and patience with family to customize the system so that we all are comfortable, and our dog is thriving. We love you DogWatch!

Professional, affordable and fast install. The invisible dog fence we had installed included training and several follow ups calls to guide us along the way.
