TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My husband experienced 2 issues with them. 1st was the attitude that was given to him when he brought my Pomeranian in when she had issues, and then my husband had to drive to the one ER. 2nd time was when my husband was accused of threatening the worker for asking for medical records. He was told it would prob be a week or 2 before my Golden Retriever could be seen for her limping leg.
Then they told him if we could just drop her off the next day to see if maybe she can be seen. Then he asked for her records so he can bring her somewhere else to see if she can be seen sooner. I don't like to see my babies in pain. Then he received a call from the manager asking why he "threatened" her worker. First of all, ask before you assume!
Find out what was said and done. Second, why would he threaten someone who was willing to help my dog be "maybe" seen the next day? Wouldn't you want your dog to be cared for ASAP, especially if it was something serious? Why would my husband seek help from someone, and then threaten when he was just asking for a simple request? Makes no sense. He has never threatened anyone in his life.
Someone needs to revaluate how they perceive things. Please google threat. Asking to get medical docs is not a threat. He said he was out of words and shocked when he received the call asking why he threatened the worker because he didn't. He didn't use a threatening tone or any threatening words. We def went somewhere else, have been treated well and felt like they care for our fur babies. I wonder if they record their calls.

This vet is seriously incredible. I took my Sphynx in for a urinary blockage and the entire staff was so kind. Everyone I encountered and talked to was so nice, caring, and loved seeing my boy Bean. I will never take him anywhere else but here. I wouldn't be at home with my sweet kitty if it weren't for this amazing vet!

A fresh reminder how the veterinarian profession is ranked the highest in suicidal thoughts and actions compared to other medical fields. During this holiday season, let's give prayer and healing to those who experience episodes during their heavy and rough times and thank them for their service. Rather than view those adversely through judgment or stigma it may be best to embrace others without the victim shame or victim blame. These can be trying times. In case you need to reach out, crisistextline.org is available.

Staff is friendly thier fees are reasonable overall a wonderful experience very happy we changed to this particular Vet they are so much closer than the one i had traditionally used and even though it was our very first visit here we felt more like family with them than any onther Vet we have ever had for our pets.

Took our oldest female cat in today for her annual check up and for a concern about her coughing. I was extremely pleased at the amount of care and attention that the entire staff we dealt with treated us with from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and professional with a follow up call the day before to ensure we were still able to come. Although restrictions are in place about entering the facility the staff took their time to listen to all our concerns when they came to pick up the cat from the car.
The Vet (Dr. Koss) came out to discuss the plan of treatment with us and really took her time and explained all that we should do to help our cat. She even asked about the other cats we have in our home and explained how their behaviors could effect the one we brought in. I feel that everyone we dealt with are class acts and really do care, not just about their job but about the pets as well as the owners.

I would have been a new client, I have 4 dogs so that would have been great for a vet. However, I didn't make it past the receptionist answering the phones the morning of January 18th, 2021. The tone was rushed, irritated, annoyed, sarcastic, just plain rude. I said never mind, you are a very harsh person to deal with. I ended calling and getting in elsewhere.

I took my 10 y/o lab mix in to be seen because he was lethargic and stopped eating, and simultaneously I discovered a lump on his underbelly. I thought and prepared for the worst, and was so worried going into today's appointment. But Vet Tech, Shannon was so incredibly sweet with my dog, I already felt at ease. And then when Dr. Cox (sp?) came in and was just as sweet and concerned, it made the whole experience better for my dog and I. I am very grateful for their help and compassion today.

It's taken me almost 2yrs to write this. I know veterinary science isn't easy - pets can't explain what's wrong, and there's a process to diagnosing issues. I brought my young cat in to be seen after a night of what sounded like the sniffles and some sneezing. I had to leave her at the clinic since we didn't have an appt, but her being there I was confident she'd get looked at and the right treatment would be prescribed.
I got the call that it was "nothing serious just a sinus infection infection" and they gave me meds to administer for a week. I called two days later letting them know that the meds were making no difference and that she had stopped eating - I was told that was normal and to keep the meds going. About a day later she stopped drinking and I was giving her water with a syringe.
I brought her back in to get looked at and after about an hour they call me to say she needed to be brought to emergency hospital in St Louis immediately - growths we're found in her sinuses and they were equipped to treat it. I raced back to get her, got a fat BILL (for what should've been done on DAY F'ING 1) and we were off. She went into surgery that night, and passed away about a week later.
I believe if she'd been diagnosed properly she would've had the strength to make it through surgery and recovery. Bottom line is this.they made the lazy diagnosis from the start. I trusted them to do their jobs and they failed us.

There are just no words to express how grateful I am to Dr. Chris and his staff. I've been taking my dog and cat to him since 2009 and have always gotten exceptional service. Great knowledge, care, concern, and empathy are in abundance here. I've had dogs (and more recently a cat) all my life and have met many fine veterinarians over the years, but Dr. Chris ranks at the very top! Many thanks from me, Winston and Merlin :)

We have used all about pets for 4.5 years and could not be more satisfied. The way I look at it, is that it's a vet clinic. You go once a year unless your pet has problems, with that, you may see a few billing mistakes or hiccups because you don't go everyday. We have never had any problems will billing or more importantly, the care of our dogs. Easy to get in and see the doc and reasonable prices. Overall, it's a good vet that takes your animals care seriously and doesn't charge thru the nose.

Dr. Radloff is the single best vet I have had in all of 32 years of owning and taking care of cats. He was a gift to O'Fallon when he located here a few years ago and I hope he sticks around for a good long while! No other vet was able to correctly diagnose a long standing condition one of my cats had and for 8 years he had a lesser quality of life because of it.
Then Dr. Radloff came along, took one look and not only diagnosed him but corrected it quickly. Now my cat has a quality of life that is stellar! I recommend he and his staff to anyone!
