At Your Bark And Call

Miguel was so awesome to work with. Unfortunately, we have had to move on due to our schedules not working anylonger, but it is incredibly difficult! You can tell that Miguel really has a heart for dogs. He works to make sure they are comfortable, so that even my very nervous boy was comforted. My dogs always emerged from his van happy, clean, and smelling great!

He worked with their incredibly weird coats (terrier crosses who are smooth everywhere but along their spine, where their hair is wire) and their unique personalities. I would HUGELY recommend At Your Bark and Call! Seriously!

Been a customer for close to 10 years and I love them! They treat my Lola with such affection and love. Lili our groomer always does a wonderful job, very professional and kind. Would highly recommend At your bark and call and recommend mobile grooming overall, it's so convenient and less stress for the dog.

Oh, I was so appreciative to Kelli, she came to my house and cut my dogs nails. She didn't have to come, but her love for animals and for people, won out. I will always use Kelli, and anyone I can tell how great she is I will.

My family and I moved from SD to Riverside and we have been searching for a good groomer! We finally found At Your Bark and Call parked in front of our neighbors house and immediately booked an appointment. Due to COVID they are in extreme demand, which is totally understandable. Booking an appointment was quick and easy to complete. Today, we were helped by Lili who was the friendliest and covid compliant groomer who took care of my two pugs and after each were finished, my babies looked and smelled amazing!

She also sends progress photos and texts to reassure your pup is doing well or finished! Their skin is super sensitive, so she made sure they were completely dried and also trimmed their nails nice and short. My husband and I are very impressed plus the pugs are very excited and happy with their experience. We will definitely returning customers! Thank you Lili!

This is a wonderful company. They did a great job taking care of my basset hound Ladybird while she was with us. They are very busy so they scheduled us about every 4-6 weeks for the entire year and I loved how organized it all was. Miguel took very good care of my baby and brought her back to us super clean and beautiful. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a mobile pet salon

Loved, loved, loved this service. The appointment setting process was very easy and the communication between myself and the groomer was very good. My price was considerably lower than I was quoted and my dog was gorgeous afterward. The gentleman that groomed her was very polite and I will 100% be using this service again!

I saw the van parked outside my neighbors house about a month ago. I took a picture so I could call the number. I called and then found out you have to complete the online form to get a call back and appointment. I have filled out the online form twice already. I even tried calling maybe twice a week and leave voicemails for 4 weeks now. They never called me back.

I tried many times to reach out to them and never got a call text or email acknowledging that I was trying to schedule an appointment. It was so frustrating I eventually gave up and went to another dog groomer.

Want to pamper your baby call" At your bark and call, " Miguel was very informative and my yorkie was comfortable with him and he showed me the van and what everything was for, I really liked that he took the time to explain all that he was doing and I was comfortable in trusting my baby in his care. My past experience with another groomer was not good and I recommend this one to all that love their babies and want them to be pampered. Daisy came out looking so pretty and smelled so good with a pretty bow and scarf.

I will be calling for another appointment again. thank you for being so nice to my baby and making her pretty and cutting her hair the way I asked. I MADE A MISTAKE BY POSTING THIS REVIEW BEFORE I CHECKED MY DOGS BODY AFTER MIGUEL LEFT, FIRST THE ANAL GLAND CLEANING WAS A BAD IDEA FOR MY DOG HER BOTTOM WAS SO RED AND SWOLLEN FOR A WEEK AND SHE WAS WALKING HUNCHED OVER FOR 2 DAYS, I WAS LOOKING AT HER TUMMY AND FOUND 2 CUTS FRO WHEN HE SAVED HER AND WHEN I TOLD HIM ABOUT IT HE DENIED SHAVING HER, I KNOW ACCIDENTS HAPPEN BUT TO DENY IT IS UN FORGIVABLE I TOOK HER TO THE VET TO MAKE SURE IT WAS NOT A SKIN ISSUE AND THE VET CONFIRMED IT WAS A CUT AND BURN FROM BEING SHAVED SO IF HE WOULD OF ADMITTED TO WHAT HAPPEN I WOULDN'T HAVE BEEN SO UPSET, IF I TOOK MY ONE YEAR OLD CHILD TO BARBER AND HE CUT HIS EAR I WOULD NOT GO BACK TO THAT SAME BARBER. SO I WOULD SAY BEWARE AND I WILL NOT BE CALLING THIS GROOMER IN THE FUTURE .
