Services
Pet Patrol is licensed, insured and bonded through Travelers Insurance. Each Pet Patrol dog walker or pet sitter is put through a stringent background check before they are hired. The walkers and sitters then go through a designed training program and are shadowed the first week before going out on their own.
Pet Patrol services a 10 mile radius of Orland Park, IL. Your pet's plan will be made to order and your rates may vary from those listed. I lived in Orland Park for the summer and had my two Labrador Retrievers in a 3rd floor apartment with me. From time to time I needed care during the day and overnight. I found Trindal's company Pet Patrol and couldn't have been more pleased. My dogs are energetic and were in a strange place. Trindal took such great care and concern for them. I felt comfortable leaving them when I had to knowing they were in her reliable hands.
When I was a stressed dog mom, she texted me that everything was ok. I really appreciated that. I only wish she lived in my home town so we could use her services more often. I highly recommend Trindal and her company for your pets.

Trindal and her team at Pet Patrol deserve 10 stars! Pet Patrol is dependable, reliable, and just amazing! They immediately came to our assistance when we needed to move an elderly relative to an assisted living facility with his dog. Trindal's team went above and beyond to ensure the dog was walked, fed, and healthy. Once Trindal's team was on the job our dog was better behaved and in better health than ever. Our dogs are walked daily by Pet Patrol! They are the best. They leave a daily note and keep us updated! The owner is very hands on, and she handles any hiccups that come with life or service extremely well. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for service for any animal. They are great with our cats as well! I was very nervous about letting someone else care for my animals, and Pet Patrol has gone above and beyond our expectations. We could not be happier!

I contacted Pet Patrol to watch my dog while I was going to be out of town for a couple days. They came to my house to meet my pup and to ask me all about him and his routine. They were so professional and thorough with every detail. I felt confident my pup was in good hands and so happy he would be able to stay in his home rather being boarded which I did not want to do.
They sent me updates and photos everyday which I loved! My trip unexpectedly went longer due to a family emergency and Pet Patrol let me know they would take care of him and it was no problem to extend service. This made me so at ease with everything that was going on. They also brought in mail, garbage cans and watered my plants. They went above and beyond! A friendly, knowledgeable and amazing team. I will always use them when I need to go out of town! Thank you Pet Patrol!

We used Pet Patrol service for over a year. Overall the service was good, no complaints. Our 2 dogs loved all the walkers they encountered over that time. Sad to say, I ended up disappointed. One of our dogs ended up with a respiratory infection. Sent a text message at 8:44 PM notifying Pet Patrol, return message said "Thank you for updating us, hope they feel better!" Next day as I was headed out the door to work, I get a phone call saying they suspended our service until we got the "all clear" from the vet. Ended the phone call abruptly since I had to leave for work.
The "follow-up" phone call I got later that day ended up being the reason I cancelled the service. The defensive "this is where we stand" and "would you rather I call you after 10 PM" approach didn't sit well with me. We are not paying $325/month to find out where you stand.
