I have 2 huskies (20 mo.old) that are very big babies when it comes to grooming. Jessie started with them and they love her! She is so good with them and very patient with how vocal they are! Since I started bringing them, there shedding has decreased so much. You would never know I had any huskies in my house let alone having 2. I am a forever customer

This is my favorite place to take my dog. They are amazing and treat her with so much love. Chrissy up front is super helpful finding me what I need. Sydney and Paya in back are my dogs family there, and Jasmine always does beautiful work grooming Bella. I started her early with training from Brooke and it definitely paid off. Best doggie place in the world

Fantastic little store with a lot of options for your pets. I feed my pup a partial raw diet and they have a good selection of choices for that. It's not a butcher shop which I'd prefer, but it's still amazing. They offer everything there, too, from regular pet store stuff to training classes to boarding and grooming. One stop shop. Highly recommend.

I was extremely disappointed by them. We had our dog boarded with them over thanksgiving, our dog has never been boarded before so I was super nervous. I got an update on how he was doing the first day. The second day I had to ask for an update on him. I thought that was odd since they updated me on the first day and I got pictures. I got there to pick my dog and they ask me if I got call from them about my dog biting someone.
I said no. They told me his was getting rough with another dog so they tried to separate them and my dog bite the lady's hand. I said "my dog has never bit someone before" they said oh it happens. No that doesn't just happen, and why didn't you guys call me over this! I would have liked to know right away since my dog doesn't bite people. I would have had someone come and pick him asap.
When I was getting my dog's stuff back from them, I asked them where his blanket was? They said oh I'll go find it. They came back with three other different blankets that were not his. I did not get his blanket back he got that blanket to match his grandma as a puppy. I told them to find it and call me and I'll pick it up. Hasn't gotten a call. I had my dog groomed there as well, they didn't listen to anything I ask to be done. His haircut looks horrible. I would not recommend lucky pets to anyone!

A few weeks ago, my review would be 5 stars. Now, however, they have repeatedly reported they're under-staffed, and today upon picking up my dog from daycare, not only had she been allowed to chew up her harness, leash, and towel (which has never been an issue when staying for a full day of daycare previously), but also somehow she was able to chew through the plastic ziplock bag that contained her food (which was also still full of food, which again has never been an issue on previous days).
Although I was told that dogs are not allowed near the bins where the bags of food are kept, I was told by a worker while picking up my dog that "it looks like she got to her food bag, " which is made of zip-lock plastic, and now I'm concerned with how much she ingested. Overall, the Lucky Pets staff is aware they're understaffed, but continue to accept dogs into their care that they do not have the staff to properly/safely watch and take care of. Extremely disappointed after how great it was a few weeks ago.
