Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Reliability, Responsiveness, Value the dogs sit outside all day in kennels and overnight the man doesn't understand english and my dog is terrified after coming here never coming back again i wish i could sue this place

I have been boarding my dogs here for over 15 years. 5 different fur babies have had their vacations here with no issues. They were fed their own food and given their medicine as directed. The girls were bathed right in time for pick up. This business is run very professionally but still feels like you're leaving your dogs with family. I haven't had any problems getting the reservations that I have needed. Will definitely be back.

Critical: Quality They shaved cut too short to the skin instead of trimming. It's a horrible cut, poor customer service. Just a horrible shaving, it looks like some areas are longer than others. It's not a good place, please think twice before taking your dog there.

Don't go there. That guy trimmed my dog nails too much so they started bleeding. Do not go there

Clean and safe, friendly environment! I wouldn't trust any other Kennel to care for my pets.

Unfortunately 0 stars is not an option. It's 52 degrees, pouring rain today, and they wanted to leave my dog in an outside kennel until they were ready to wash him. They kennel had a tarp on top but it was tattered and leaking. The ground inside was just as wet as outside. There was a water bowl that was empty. I told the employee it wasn't ok to leave my dog outside like that in this weather he laughed. So I went and took my dog and left. If you care about how your pet is treated like I do, avoid this place.

I've been there a couple of times and my dog always comes back so scared. I thought it was just maybe because she was nervous to be with someone new but each time she went she would come back to scared and shaky. My dog didn't have a problem going to the groomers before this. Never going back.

Dog stays in a small crate for 23 hrs of the day. Charges does not make sense, they charge you for each day (if you drop off today at 5 Pm and pick up tomorrow at 9 Am they count as 2 days). Giving 2 stars cause price is really good. Paid $20.00 per day for my 105lb bulldog.

Called to board my dog. they were ready when I arrived, took down information and were courteous. The dog was ready to pick up as I called before heading over, she was clean and happy. I didn't see the kennel area as they have a separate office area for drop off and pick up. wash was really inexpensive after boarding and she looked combed out and pretty nice.

We have used a few different boarding places including a large hospital, but now use Carroll's exclusively. In my opinion, this is the best value. Excluding the occasional place that really pampers, most kennels don't give as much attention as they advertise. At Carroll's, your dog boarding won't cost more than your hotel stay.

Your dogs will be fed and watered and scratched behind the ear now and then. Ours are happy to see us, but no worse off then when we left them. Bottom line, if you want a great value, use Carroll's. If your dogs are your kids or if you have very high strung pooches, go elsewhere and pay a fortune.
