This is the best place to get quality food and unique, quality apparel, toys, collars, leaches, etc. for your furry friend. Gina is the best! She is so knowledgeable and keeps up with everything going on with the food companies. She has helped me so much with my pup (sensitive stomach, allergies) through the years. I cannot thank her enough. Ellen is fantastic and knowledgeable also.

She just helped me with my son's dog today. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk in. They remember your pet's name as well as yours! I highly recommend going here, you will love it!

A big shout out to Gina and her crew who have kept the store open and well stocked during the pandemic. Unlike the grocery store, I've been able to get everything I needed for my two dogs. The store is spotlessly clean, everyone is wearing masks, and they will do orders online or by phone call and bring your order to your car curbside. Please buy local!

Just found this amazing shop because it's one of the few places that sells Answers. My puppies breeder fed him it and now I'm a believer! Not only do they sell the highest quality raw food, treats and supplies, and birthday cakes! the people are so friendly welcoming and knowledgeable. I'm so grateful I found Gone to the Dogs! Gone to the Dogs is my favorite place to shop for anything pertaining to my dogs. They not only sell high quality items, but also willing to share their knowledge and experience. They are helpful when trying to chose safe products to use for my dogs. They also have a great selection of healthy food choices. My dogs' nutrition is very important to me, and they always have what I need. Gina is great at ordering special items when requested. It's a bit of a drive for me but so worth it. I have been going to Gone to the Dogs for years and I'm sorry I haven't posted about them sooner. This is the absolute best place to go for quality food and merchandise for your dog and cat! Gina is so knowledgeable and more than willing to go above and beyond to answer any question or concern you have! She always goes that extra step in ensuring the well-being of your pet.

The store is immaculate and always has beautiful themed displays. When you walk in, you are always greeted by Ellen or Gina and they remember your pets names as well as yours! They really make you feel like family when you're there. Ellen is so sweet and helpful. She really knows a lot about the foods also. My son's dog was having an issue and Ellen knew just what to do! I'm happy to say my son's pup is doing great with her food now and I cannot wait to go and thank her!

I cannot say enough about Gina and Ellen, they truly care about your pet and it shows! Thank you both for all the help and kindness you have shown through the years, we greatly appreciate it!

Really nice people. They have lots of high end pet clothes and accessories. If you want a nice jacket for the pup or just a fancy tag for your house kitten, they've got it. Nice selection of raw food. Knowledgeable staff. Will return!

Fabulous little shop with everything you could ever need for your dogs. I love supporting local businesses, and this one doesn't disappoint. The owner, Gina, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She and her staff genuinely care about dogs and customer service.

I love this store and not only do I drop by a few times a week and try to attend any seminars they offer but I also refer all my dog loving friends as well. Turns out I have been sick for a couple of days and realized I still needed to stock up on my dogs raw food. Instead of going there in person I called and asked if they would please help out my husband if he came in to pick up the supplies.

Not only did they say it would not be a problem but they asked me exactly what I needed and said they would have everything ready for him when he arrived. They also offer size fittings for jackets, collars, boots, etc. I never ordered a dog jacket before and I was not sure what size to order. They measured my dog and ordered a few different sizes for me to try during our next visit.

There is no other store that I know of that offers this kind of outstanding service from such a knowledgeable staff. It is well worth a visit to this store. All the food and treats are all high quality USA made. Recalls are never a problem here because they are the first ones to tell you about any issues.

Customer service oriented! Merchandise is high quality but at affordable prices. Staff is pleasant and provide a complete knowledge of their products. They also are very good at providing you with suggestions on your pets needs.

I had the opportunity to visit Gone to othe Dogs today. Although I live in Boston, I made the trip out to Wakefield, as they are one of the few stores in the general vicinity that stock Canine Caviar dog food in the grain-free varieties. The store is spotless, and is extremely well-stocked with healthy/gourmet treats, toys and food. In addition, the two women that were working were extremely kind and helpful, and didn't seem to mind one bit as my Great Dane knocked over a display, and proceeded to drool on everything in site. I hope to visit again soon.

I come from a few towns over to this store for my dog stuff - and I did so for friends before I even had a dog! Now that I have a dog I appreciate the advice - and just the socialization my dog and myself get when we visit. There is a great lady who runs this place. Her and her Mother are completely efficient and sweet at the same time. Fantastic stock to choose from. Great prices. Worth the trip!
