My dog had surgery and had to be confined for several months to heal so I needed someone to let her out in the middle of the work day. Emily called me back promptly and was very organized and professional. She is very good with dogs. The dog is healed and so we don't need the service anymore, but the entire time was a great experience. There were no issues and she was very flexible when I had things come up. I highly recommend using Roamin' Rover.
