It's Grooming Time

Horrible place. They do a cheap and horrible job on animals. I took my husky in and he came out horribly. He was still wet and not completely dry. They rushed it and it is was almost impossible to even get an appointment. They are always booked and never have enough groomers to take care of animals. Hard to find this place with no sign on top of the building.

They need to increase their hours to offer more appointments for the area. They are horrible managers for this business and could increase the amount of money they make if they offer more appointments and hire more groomers. Horrible management ohh an one more thing the prices here are horribly over priced. Almost 100 for a full husky bath and brush. Not affordable in this time if age. Will never book here again and will let the local dog community to avoid this place in the fu

I love everything about Grooming time! All of the ladies are so nice and my dog is happy when I pick him up.

My pup started going to It's Grooming Tine at 6 months, he will soon be 12 years old. The girls, led by Rachel, are the best and he always looks amazing. I couldn't ask for better groomers, and neither could Gordo.

The staff is very friendly and great with my boys. I am amazed at how quickly they do my boys' nails. Very attentive.

Definitely dont reccomend avoid and go else where people are rude and nasty cursing and yelling in that shop.

I have been taking my pup here for YEARS! Rachel and her staff are amazing! They are always beyond helpful and friendly. I know when I leave my little guy with them, he will be well cared for. I can't say enough good things about them!

I have been coming here for a few years now with my three dogs. I've recently moved a hour away from the location but I take the ride every two months. They are extremely detailed and accommodating. I could not recommend this company enough!

Love this place! About a year ago, my 16 year old shih tzu had to get an emergency surgery. It was about 6 PM and I called them and asked if they could cut her hair and give her a bath before she went in the next day. They were closing soon but took her in and she and I were so thankful. Very accommodating. My pooches get nervous everytime upon entry but come out so happy and I know they feel so good!

The hair cuts its self are great. If you know what you want, they will fulfill your requests and if you're unsure, their judgement is also great! Staff helps me everytime get my girls to the car! Very polite. We have an appointment this week and I'm so excited. Make sure you book in advance because they are very busy!

I was given the recommendation to try this grooming place for Gus. I went in for a hair and nails trim and ear cleaning. I was running a late and after reading a few of the reviews, I know they tend to cancel if they are busy. Thankfully, I was only a few minutes late they were able to my pup. I was a little nervous to leave my pup but when I returned I was do greatful Rachel did a phenomenal job.

He was so happy and not afraid at all. She knows exactly what she's doing and I couldn't be more comfortable! Thank you girls for the warm welcome I'll return for his next grooming!

Great groomer my wife and I have been with her for about 7 years. We have taken 3 dogs to her and they come out looking lovely and happy. I highly recommend. Come in a check her new location out if you have not done so.

My dog Bentley which is a Shih Tzu as been going there since 2014 when I got him. He loves it there. Their so good with him, he's a senior dog 12 yrs old he has seizures sometime. I trust them with him he he ever has on. Rachel is so sweet she just scoops him up hug n kisses him, he doesn't even look back at me. He's like I'm good momma see u n a few hrs. Take ure dog there they will love it

Rachel is great. She has patience and she tries her best under the circumstances. I've been taking my foster now permanent family dog there for over 2 years, and he isn't the easiest dog to deal with. His anxiety level is 100000 at all times when he is out of the home. AKA, he's a pain in the butt. That's why I always want him cut as short as possible lol. They have patience with him over there and I appreciate that. He always looks great! Thank you ladies!

One of the worst ppl working there including the owner something is not right with those people I brought my 2 dogs for a scheduled appointment from 3 weeks in advance they have 15 min window as they say I was there 20 which is 5 min later than what they say they start to scream we can't take both of them cause they are late 5 min from our window as per them.so the.groomers gets loud when I am talking to her and I asked for the owner cause she was getting super rude, and the owner comes and start screaming and yelling saying I have lots of dogs today I was sued cause I took more dogs and one got hurt and I paid $2000 then she flipped the stuff on her desk and dogs cookies were everywhere and I said we are leaving then she say don't come back i said who would come back to a place like that Not to mention that they have rescheduled my appointment several times.

One thing stay away from them they scared me and scared my dogs, which one of them were very senior and both were shaking from their voice. And obviously they hurt dogs before according to the owner stay away from those ppl there

What a great job they did on my Cavalier! She looked perfect! It was more than I could ask for. I've been to another groomer who cut her way too short and Grooming Time did a great job and did exactly what I wanted! I will be taking my little girl back here for sure!

I am giving them 4 stars because I was disappointed they did more than what was asked the last time I brought my 2 dogs there. I have a Golden doodle and a Maltipoo (Daisy & Charlie). They are so well behaved when they're there and they look amazing when we leave. The only concern I had was the last time I brought my dogs there, which was 6 months ago, Daisy my doodle barely had any hair to clip off her coat and they groomed her anyway.

All I asked for was a bath and brush and that was what was noted for them as well when I called. Not only did they cut her hair but I found so many nicks on her skin. I called and left a message but no response was given. I just think when you see a dog that has barely anything to cut off their coat, there should be a decision made, as a professional, not to cut.

I know it costs more to groom rather than bath and brush so I felt a certain way afterwards. Not only did I not expect to pay what I paid but the refund didn't make sense that they gave. They charged me for a bath and brush, $65 each but my maltipoo is 25lbs, and my golden doodle is 65lbs. Usually my dogs are excited and ready to go or trying to leave when we arrived at other grooming companies.

The times I've been there, they've been calm & do not seem bothered by the experience. It is a surprise to me as that's not usually like them. I feel comfortable that they treat them well since they are not anxious by being there. I just would like to feel secure that I get what I asked for and not given something else, then charged much more.

Little Bit thanks you for always making her pretty. you are the best! Great people, always nice and actually seem to like what they do. Will never take my pup anywhere else!

Shame on you we walked in to pick up our dog and they were treating him bad we heard him crying and those people were yelling and cursing at him unaware that we were hearing everything please dont take your pet there those are horrible people they have no right to have any dog in their care

Always a great experience with this place. been taking my pup there since day one. He loves them! Super nice and they always do an awesome job. they take good care of my wheaten because lord knows their heavy fur is so challenging. they deserve a big thank you for their work! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit. My shitzu looked adorable and not cut so short that he would look scrawny as with other local groomers. I was pleased by the pleasant, warm staff and impressed with the detailed initial consultation. We look forward to going back for next grooming.

Rachael is caring, professional, and has a true love and respect for animals. Leyla (Boxer) leaves this establishment smelling wonderful and with a big dog smile on her face.

The best place to get your pet clean and looking great. The owner is such a sweetheart and my dog always comes out happy. too many times ive gone to the big chain pet stores and my dog seemed shakin by the exprience. but at its grooming time ive never had that and my puppy always come out perfect id recommend this place to any friend

They're great. Very friendly and helpful. Not only did they do a great job but they did it quickly too. My pup was nervous and anxious to get outta there but by the time I went to pick her up she looked very comfortable and relaxed. I'd recommend them to anyone with a pet.

IGT is the only grooming salon for a 20 radius that offers skilled staff who care for your pets as if they were their own. Rachael and staff are the only groomers your dogs will ever need. Quality service at a great price.

Rachel is fantastic. She is attentive and my dogs love her. They always look adorable when she is done and I love that she hand dries instead of cage drying.
