K9 Confections was born out of necessity with the desire to create a line of dog treats that pets with food allergies could enjoy. Many of our fur family suffer from the same food allergies that we humans do. Many of the "natural" treats on the market contain preservatives and other ingredients, such as wheat, which may cause severe allergic reactions in our furry companions.
Owner, Ruth, is dedicated to her vision of creating healthy all-natural dog treats through K9 Confections, which specializes in premium and all-natural dog and cat treats that contain no added salt or sugar, artificial flavorings, fillers or preservatives.

ASBURY PARK: while attending the Shoppes At The Arcade's "Artisans at the Arcade" event, we stopped into Paws Pet Boutique and met Ruth, who manages the pet store and organized the whole artisans event! Brie and Ruth became BFFs really fast with all the samples of homemade treats by K9 Confections! There are so many flavors of the crunchy treats and your dog is bound to like one (or a few).
All treats are baked fresh in the store! There are also pet accessories and cool locally themed collars and leashes [we especially liked the one that said Asbury Park (Brie is modeling in the photos)]. For the winter holidays, Santa Paws will coming for pet photos! An adorable shop in a super cool part of town. Check them out year-round!
