Clyde Park Veterinary Clinic

All of the staff here are very nice and helpful. Both our cat and dog are patients here, and we have been very happy with the care they have received. Our poor little pup has been dealing with severe pancreatitis recently, and the staff have been accommodating with fitting him in on short notice and getting him meds promptly. They really care about animals, and it shows in the quality of care they provide here!

They do a great job with my fur babies. One of our babies had to have surgery, Dr. Thompson did an awesome job and was very helpful. We had to say goodbye to her in November. Dr. Condon was very supportive in that time.

It has been two years since I went here for the first and absolutely last time. I will explain more, but for anyone needing services and willing to shop around. NOT HERE! I have a long hair cat I had adopted a year before my visit. Between her looks, previous name, and how she was trained- she really seemed like a show cat. Probably only given up due to her health issues. Having to go to the vet often, she was always given high praises for being so good. Eventually, her fur got too long.

So it was time to find a groomer. At that time, cat groomers were far and thin between in the GR area. It was summer, my cat was overheating, so I decided to try their cat groomer here. Tbh, wish I had trusted my gut. When it was time to pick her up, my cat was very upset and had been given a poor report, stating she needed to be sedated in the future.

I was shocked, but I decided to trust the professional. Not long after during the following weeks, i saw her nibbling. I assumed it was from the change. Yet, surprise surprise. Fleas. Horrible fleas, crawling around her face mostly since that's where her fur was longest. I was really frustrated and displeased, but chalked it up to her having been at a vet during the summer.

But it shouldn't have happened. A grooming environment should be sanitary. Well again, I decided not to raise a fuss. But tonight, having decided to begin grooming my cat myself, I discovered right off the bat. That she loves it. Trimmers switched on, and she was rubbing all up again the guard comb and treating the experience like a massage. Knowing she likes it, I regret never speaking up.

To anyone who may be in a spot like I was, don't settle for here. Keep looking. My regular vet has evengiven her sanitary. Trims, and she never fought them. Tldr; cat was probably rough handled, got fleas, and was labelled a problem instead of the groomer being recognized as the problem.

My 3 cats go there. even tho the one cat of mine is a total jerk to everyone. the people are very nice

Hands down the best care ever! We have used this office since 2003. They are like family to our pets and take great care of them. Couldn't ask for a better vet!

Dr. Thompson and staff are absolutely incredible. My cat needed a life-saving, complicated surgery that only a few vets in town do. Not only did Clyde Park want to help, but they bumped a routine surgery so that my cat could get this surgery before he became critically ill again. They absolutely went above and beyond to make sure my cat got the care he desperately needed (that 6 other clinics, including my regular vet clinic all didn't help him with getting). All the staff are incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and the prices were the best in town. You will not find a better practice or people who care more about your pet!

The sole reason we selected Clyde Park Veterinary Clinic is because of Dr. Jen. Having followed her rescue, Crash's Landing, for many years, we found her compassion for animals and special attentiveness to cats something we needed for our two cats. She's a remarkable human and because of her, our experiences with the clinic are always great! The team there is great, too. I never feel like I'm just another cat mom. :

I love this Veterinary Clinic. They are extremely friendly, communicate very well, and provide cute report cards for my cats after every visit! I feel very confident leaving my cats here and I truly feel the clinic goes above and beyond. The price can be high, but I know I am paying for quality care for my pet from professionals who absolutely love animals.

They have also been taking the current global pandemic very seriously. They require masks to enter the clinic and social distancing is a must. They have a system in place for you to park in a numbered spot, which also has their number for that you to call/text to let them know that you have arrived for your pet's appointment. They will call you back to when it is safe for you and your pet to enter the building.

They take the absolute best care of my dog, he genuinely likes going to the vet since we came to Clyde Park Veterinary Clinic. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and their services are very affordable. I couldn't be happier.

The veterinarians and staff are superb, expert and friendly while getting the job done! Their prices are very reasonable, less expensive than some others in this area. You can't go wrong with Clyde Park Vet Clinic!
