The staff is great, everyone's so personal and family oriented and knows evert dog or animal by name. The doctor its super sweet and offers every option he can for what ever problem your dealing with. All in all a great animal hospital.

My pet got attacked and needed help right away - Blue Lake fit us in, performed surgery and Dr Will kept me apprised the whole time. When there were complications, they again fit us in right away and helped. Great vet office.

The Blue Lake team and Dr. Will were super helpful and compassionate in assisting with my leopard gecko. I'm glad that there is an experienced, understanding reptile vet in our area. 10/10 recommended for reptile care. Thank you, Blue Lake.

We have a reptile that needed some immediate care. The staff was able to get us an appointment within a couple of days. We received very good care for our reptile friend and will definitely use them again for any of our exotic pets.

We love Blue Lake! We adopted Monroe as a rescue and he came to us with a long list of health issues including heartworm, heart disease, and fluid in his lungs. They worked with us over a few months to get Monroe on the right medications for his heart and always called to check up on him. They did the same thing with his anxiety and found the perfect medicine and dosing for him. The front desk team is easy to work with and get in touch with, and Dr Will and team are patient and thorough with Monroe every visit.

Mis diagnosed my cat for 14 weeks as having asthma. As he continued to go down hill we went in office and contacted by phone numerous times. The advice was to up his meds and then force feed him. I ended up at MSU and had to put my kitty down. He had liver cancer. Big difference asthma, cancer.unnecessary suffering was involved due to incompetent handling of my beloved pet.

They're the best! Always caring and compassionate. They cared for our dog Mannie for over 17 years. We lost him 3 weeks ago and they were so attentive to our loss and helped us through that difficult time. When we do decide to get another dog we will definitely be back.

Loved our visit here with 2 litters of puppies! Excited to be switching to them with our other dogs, very sincere and not rushed, just truly genuine compassionate people! Highly recommend!

The great people at Blue Lake Animal Hospital have always and continue to go above my expectations for vet care. I have a rabbit who needed an amputation & Dr. Will along with all the other staff have been fantastic in making sure bun & I were taken care of. Not to mention that the costs here are about 1/3 of what I've been quoted elsewhere. I'm not taking my pets anywhere else.

Have been taken my Nike hear since day one.they have been extremely helpful and patient with her needs/care. We enjoy are time with the staff, they're the best! I would definitely recommend that you take your pet to Blue Lake, they will care for them like their own!

We couldn't be happier with Blue Lake! We have two pets (cat and dog) that we bring in and it's always a smooth visit and we can tell they care about our pets! We had an older dog (15 year old lab) we unfortunately had to bring in to be put to rest and they were so respectful, gave us time and didn't rush, even knowing we had no other option, they even cried with us. I would recommend them 1,000 times over as we are so grateful for their work.

I brought guinea pig Penelope here and had such a great experience. My usual vet for my cats & dogs doesn't care for "exotics" so I had to reach out to other places. Blue Lake was so kind & caring and did not charge an exotic fee as many other places do. They worked hard to squeeze her in the next day and worked with/around my schedule so I was able to drop her off in the morning and pick her up any time later that day. Love it! Going forward, I will bring all my guinea pigs and bunnies here!

They squeezed us in when we had a emergency and our own vet would not make time for my dog, I switched all my dogs over. I need a vet that cared more about the animal then their business hours, very friendly staff and I believe I found what I was looking for since my long time vet retired a few years ago.

Today was our first visit for our two cats. Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff and doctor! We had a really good experience here. Autumn, one of the assistants, was especially calming and caring. Highly recommend!

100% recommend Blue Lake Animal Hospital! We take all of our animals here and always have a great experience. Dr Will has done surgery on our English Springer Spaniel and she experienced a comfortable healing process and experienced no complications. He is extremely skilled and was able to adjust her surgery as needed during the procedure. We have also taken our cat here for her annual exam and vaccinations and had another great experience.

The staff is very friendly and quick to respond to communications. They are also flexible and willing to go above and beyond for your pet's care. Dr Will and Dr Heather are knowledgeable and great at what they do, they involve you as a team to optimize your pet's health. This veterinary office has a great family feel to it and we will never go anywhere else!
