Whiskers Resorts

Our 2 cockapoos have been groomed by Misty at Whiskers since 2015. We are on a regular schedule of 4-6 weeks. Misty listens and takes care with special requests and concerns regarding ears and various length of haircuts with skin sensitive shampoos. Our 2 boys are always happy entering and leaving. Misty is very accommodating if your plans suddenly change and will try her hardest to work them into her busy grooming schedule. Misty is a caring and talented groomer. We are so happy to have connected with her to use her talents to make our boys handsome!

Megan is our dog's groomer. She does an amazing job making him look so cute and clean. She understands the anxiety Max goes through and has set up an every two week 08:00 am Thursday appointment so that he can be the first in and get out as quickly as possible before things get backed up. We love Megan's grooming skills and the care she shows our very special family member.

We used Whisker's boarding services for the first time and will definitely back! They took great care of our dog while we were moving, answered all of our questions and were very friendly. We had complete confidence they'd take great care of our dog and they absolutely did!

We absolutely love sending our Old English Sheepdog, Hazy River, to Whiskers! She has been going every week for the last 6 months and we absolutely love it! She gets to socialize and play with other dogs and gets groomed by Megan each week! We have her get a bath and blowout each week and a haircut about once a month. We are always happy with how she looks each week and our dog is always happy when she comes home. We are so happy that we are able to send our dog to Whiskers!

I had an excellent experience with boarding my puppy, Stormy for the first time at Whiskers! I called ahead to ask questions about vaccinations so I could feel at ease with boarding her so young. The staff were happy to answer my questions! During her 10 day stay, I was consistently updated with texts about how her health was and her playtime with other dogs.

I even received pictures of her playing and it was so reassuring to see! The facility looked very clean and had a lot of separated (indoor and outdoor) places for play. I'm going to continue to board her here. I can tell the staff at Whisker's really care about the dogs and were so friendly and accommodating to them, as well as their owners!

This was my first time and the communication was awesome. My dog was a rescue. He is a great Pyrenees- Alaskan malamute mix. He came out so soft and handsome. He was happy, not at all acting as though he was unhappy. My vet recommended them. I will recommend them to anyone asking. Mariah helped me with knowing what was best for the bread and to help with his shedding. You can tell they love what they do! Just cannot say enough positive!

I have a senior Labrador ( 12 years old ) Cashmere, who has had anxiety issues the last couple of years. I had never boarded her before. But I had to be out of state and was super nervous about having to leave her. I can't say enough great things about Whiskers. Everyone there was amazing! From the people who I spoke with on the phone who answered all my questions, to the person who met me at my car to bring her inside, to the person who brought Cashmere out to me when I picked her up.

They were all very kind and caring and loving. I was kept informed about how she was doing and even was sent photos of her. I had no doubt that they were caring for and loving Cashmere as if she were their own baby. I HIGHLY recommend Whiskers if you are looking for a clean, state of the art, loving, caring environment to board your pet.

Whiskers is a great place that I have entrusted to take care of my puppy while I'm at work! I use their daycare system and have been very impressed! Their hours fit my schedule, they are very informative on how his day goes and they treat him like he was one of their own. I am greatly appreciative to have a place as nice as this to bring my dog to!

Pet loving and friendly facility with great staff. Multiple fence layers, so even an escapee will still be safe behind fencing. All toys dishwasher cleansed for protection vs Covid-19. Evaluations for similar size and personality playgroups for daycare and boarding. Grooming, daycare, training and boarding available. Boarding and daycare include playtime twice daily in supervised and cleaned settings.l of small groups. Parking lot drop off and pick up only for now due to Covid-19. Your pet will be well loved at Whiskers.

We were very happy bringing our pet into Whiskers Resort & Pet Spa. The staff uses multiple modes of communication so you can contact by phone, online portal, and even email. The free daycare on your first pet play profile day was helpful before investing in a place for your furry loved one. While we werent able to see the facilities due to covid protocols, the location is easy to find and accessible.

Paws down, the best place to take your dog for Grooming and Boarding. I would not take our fur baby any where else.

We were regulars at the daycare and groomers until I dropped off my 1 year old border collie for an ear cleaning and picked him up to find his ENTIRE mane hacked off. When I say hacked, I mean the groomer had cut the entire top and bottom coat. It was uneven and completely bad to do to a dog with an undercoat. We were offered a free grooming, but how could I possibly trust them with my puppy after such a irresponsible mistake? I promptly canceled my 3 months of daycare dates and never returned.

My cats groomer does a wonderful job and I know my baby is safe and well taken care of

I know several dogs who board at Whiskers. Everything is pretty seamless from scheduling a stay, the drop and the pick up. We are grateful they are flexible with our ever changing schedules!

Great place to pamper your pets while you are away enjoying yourself. The most accommodating business I have met

I want to start off by saying that our dog has been going to Whiskers for the last couple of years for grooming and we have had all positive experiences. However on yesterday May 4, 2021 our dog went for grooming and day care. The staff did not make us aware of the fact that they have an outbreak of Kennel Cough currently going on. It was not until we picked our dog up that an email was sent out stating the latter.

When I called Whiskers they reported that they have had several incidents of reported kennel Cough and decided to send out the email. While we appreciate the email it appears that they withheld information until after they were paid. The latter is highly irresponsible and inconsiderate. I am writing this review so that others know as of May 4th this facility has an outbreak of Kennel Cough since they do not openly tell their customers.

I have two dogs one is very easy to work with and the other well he is a crazy German Shepherd mix who plays hard and gets so excited. He needs some extra care to make sure he keeps playing safely and acceptably. When my dogs come home from Whiskers I can tell they got the attention they need! The staff is so happy whenever I see them and my dogs are not only pooped from all the play but they also are so excited to go in whenever we arrive! Other places will kennel my dog often during play times because he is so excitable so I very much appreciate the special care put into play groups and supervision.

We have had our dog groomed here for years. Today we got a call from our groomer that as they started bathing him, they found two fleas. Whiskers policy is not groom a dog with fleas. In over 5 years, we have never had this problem. While I understand their policy, I'm not happy about how our dog was returned to us. I'm not even sure they towel dried him.

I'll keep using our groomer as we have been with her for a long time, but if she ever leaves Whiskers, we will go with her in without looking back. It sucks for our Groomer because with Covid and Christmas, we tip extra.

I cannot say enough good things about Whiskers Resort & Pet Spa. We have an (almost) 2 year old Goldendoodle who has a little separation anxiety. My husband and I were planning a vacation and were searching for a boarding facility. Whiskers exceeded all and every expectation we had! We took our dog there for daycare first, then one overnight experience before dropping him off for 6 nights.

The staff made us feel immediately at ease and confident with our choice of picking Whiskers. The customer service is truly incredible. Staff were always kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. My biggest concern in boarding our dog was finding a place where he would be treated well. I never had to worry about Odin while we were away. He enjoyed his Penthouse Suite, (spoiled!) and all the extra group play time he received.

We received daily updates with a picture attached, which we looked forward to every day. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for daycare or boarding. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you to your staff for providing a great experience for both pet and owner.
