I emailed them on a Friday afternoon to see if they'd care for my cat when I went in vacation. I got an auto reply saying they'd get back to me after 8:30 am on Monday. Today is Wednesday and I still haven't heard from them. I called another pet sitter and they came to my house within three hours to meet my pet. Maybe Happy Pet doesn't like cats.

I'm so happy to have found Happy-Pet! My neighbor uses them, so I saw first hand how caring and reliable the dog walker was with her dog before I called Matt. I have a 14-year-old lab, and it's very hard for me to get home at a reasonable time in the evenings to feed him and take him out. It's made such a difference knowing that the dog walker will feed and walk my dog and give him some attention every afternoon so I don't have to stress about rushing home from work. They provide a daily log book too. My dog really IS a happy pet now that I use Happy-Pet!

I had what started as a lovely interaction with this company when I spoke to the owner and explained our familys need for a regular dog walker. We set up a preliminary meeting and I was directed to their website to fill out a comprehensive 5 page informational packet on my pets in preparation for the meeting. I spent about an hour filling out all pertinent information and the evening of our meeting nobody showed up!
I called and left a message and nobody called me back. I called the next day in an attempt to reschedule - giving them the benefit of the doubt that perhaps it had been a mix up- and still nobody returned my call. I would recommend looking for a more reliable pet sitting company.

Agree that Happy Pets are top notch! We used them for our 16yo dog who can not longer travel. They were great with her! We came home to a detailed report and a happy dog! They even called with an update, so were able to enjoy our trip- worry free. We can not say enough wonderful things about Happy Pets!
