Fieldstone Kennels

First time lodging my cats and they all took great care of them both. My senior cat has been labeled by the vet as 'opinionated' and I'm not permitted to bring her in without 'dosing' her first. She also uses a transdermal pen twice a day. After thoroughly relaying this information to Fieldstone as well as telling them that 2 other facilities denied her entry - they assured me that her 'personality' wouldn't be a problem. They were true professionals. Quite pleased with their services and would highly recommend them.

I have been bringing my cat Blossom here for about two years for boarding and I am now moving states again, I hope the next place I go I can find somewhere as kind and caring as Fieldstone has been every time she's had to go there. We used them for holiday travels and emergency trips and every time they have been accommodating and able to help us have a safe place to put her!

She even got a Christmas stocking when we came back from visiting family which was the CUTEST thing. They always knew who she was when we called to board her and would always say how sweet she is when she comes and it would make my husband and I have some good laughs that she is so remembered. We hadn't boarded her in a year and called to do so recently and they STILL remembered her.

Every interaction I've had there with staff was always so kind and warm (which can be hard to find in Maryland) and I was never worried dropping her off. I am a very anxious cat mamma and always want the best for her and I can't recommend Fieldstone enough.

Our dogs have stayed here for years but recently things have changed and we will never go back. Our last visit was a horrible experience. My elderly dog was not given her meds - they gave them to another dog with the same name! They figured it out when I picked her up and asked for her med case. They were understaffed which I understand can be a challenge but that didn't stop them from taking in a max number of dogs - the attendant told us they were booked full.

I guess money is more important to them than the welfare of the animals. The last few times we have boarded our dogs we have gone to pick them up and not all of the grooming services we ordered were completed - but that didn't stop them from trying to charge us for them. I'd be willing to bet the extra treats and walks we paid for were not given consistently either.

I can't believe an owner or manager never reached out to us about the medicine mistake. I have emailed them and no one has bothered to respond. I have let our vet know as well as everyone I know with a dog about the low quality of care provided at Fieldstone.

Fieldstone is our Fonzie's favorite place to hang. He can't wait to get there and doesn't want to leave. He spends the entire next day resting due to his full day of fun the day before. The staff at Fieldstone love our dog like he is one of their own. We highly recommend them for all your animal needs: day school, bath, boarding and more!

I highly recommend Fieldstone for Doggy Daycare. I have a seven month old Goldendoodle. She was spending more hours in a crate while I was working. She enjoys her time at Fieldstone. The Trainer is working with her and getting her used to other dogs. Everyone there is very nice and you can tell that they love all the dogs there. Now she has playtime and activities to help her with her excessive energy. She's not hyper when she gets home. Best thing I ever did was enroll her at Fieldstone.

I can't thank you guys enough for taking such wonderful care of my little Sophie. I just became her mommy a week ago and I boarded her with you based on recommendations from the vet. I would totally recommend anybody and everybody to come to your facility when they need to part with their dogs for a short time and get them boarded. Top-notch customer service and all of your employees seem to really enjoy their job and what they do.

Please continue to do the amazing work that you do and care for our fur babies. Thank you just isn't enough the professionalism and the clean facilities really do matter and everything was impeccable thank you Fieldstone Animal Inn.

Love Fieldstone. I would never take my pup anywhere else to spend the night. I know she's in good hands when she's there, and she loves it! She's done daycare there since she was 6 months old, and hasn't been going as often lately, but recently spent the night. She loves the staff and playtime with the other dogs. Always comes home happy and tired.

They always take exceptional care of our two large pups while we are away. Very knowledgeable and experienced staff. Were very attentive to our pups' needs. I trust them with our pups and am confident they are being cared for.

Our goofy girl loves this place! She is normally leash reactive, but she gets so excited to go there and always comes home so happy and playful. We couldn't be more pleased with the professional staff.

The facility was ok but not convinced that my dog had a good time. They said we would get pictures and a daily report card but we didn't see anything or hear anything from them. The kennels are outside and everything looked run down. Unfortunately we were hoping to use this facility again for our wedding in Pasadena, MD but we weren't impressed this time around. Only positive I have is that the staff was friendly.

Picked up my GSD after being there for five days and they gave me back her remaining food which amounted to 2 full days worth of feedings. No one could tell me why there was so much left over. Agreed to 3 feedings a day and the food that I provided was measured out to 3 feedings for 5 days. So they either didnt feed her almost 40% of what they were supposed to or they gave her house food. Either way, that is not what they were supposed to do or agreed to.

We had to board "Beau", our Son and Daughter In-law's mini Aussie. We didn't expect this event, and had some anxiety about putting him In a kennel for 4 days. The folks at Fieldstone Animal Inn were very responsive and treated our dog like part of their family. He had a great time there and did very well. I would recommend them for your doggy's next vacation.

I've been using Fieldstone Animal Inn for 20 some years. They have always done a very nice job and have always cared well for my animals. This Thanksgiving, our shepherd was suffering from pretty severe anxiety. They called us, we called the vet, and the staff at Fieldstone went to get the medication. They then provided updates on how our girl was doing. We are very grateful! Jim

This was my 1st training session with Liana. She was awesome with my dog and me! I'm excited to see what we can accomplish!

This is the best place to board rabbits. Sometimes it is really hard to find a place to care for rabbits. They did an excellent job. When I need to go on vacation or travel, I have found someone who will take care of my rabbit. Thank you!

Today Coco attended for the first time. I loved all the pictures! I believe she will fit in just fine here and make some great friends!

Professional and friendly staff and our dog loves going there for doggy day care. When we pull up in the morning he is so excited to get out of car and go in.

I had a last minute need to find boarding for my 3 little dogs after my usual boarding place couldn't take one of my dogs that had a cast following knee surgery. Fieldstone was able to take all 3 and we were able to proceed with our planned trip that had been booked for months. I appreciate the quick response and positive attitude all the staff had and can't recommend this place enough.

The location is tucked away among beautiful trees and I didn't hear loud barking like I do at a lot of other boarding facilities which I know can be stressful to some pets. Highly recommend!

We started daycare and we couldn't be happier. You get daily pictures and a report as to how your dog did that day. We pick up a happy and well exercised pup! Fieldstone has been a wonderful experience to our Tank!

We are very pleased with Fieldstone Animal Inn. Our Boxer, Fonzie was a handful before going to day school and having some training at FAI. He can not wait to get out of the car when we arrive. He plays hard and sleeps a lot that evening and next day. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and loving to our pup!

We absolutely love Fieldstone - Our husky loves it too! She is an only pup at home, so she gets to have that much needed socializing and playtime she can't get at home (and I get a bit of a break while a work). I love the grooming availability for de shedding and that they're also a boarding facility (so when we need Saki to stay somewhere, she's already used to the routine and facility!) recommend.

We have always been pleased with care our dog receives during his visits.

Our pup Tundra LOVES coming to daycare! He can be timid with other dogs and all the staff has been great working with him and getting him to come out of his shell. We appreciate everything you do for our fur-child!
