I'd like to start off by saying that this process was very easy and smooth. The technician. Scott showed up on time. He explained everything very thoroughly. You can tell he really likes his job and he understands all aspects of it and can answer any question I had. I was very happy to notice that the install in the yard did not tear anything up. It was raining and then the technician still went ahead and did his work very well. My dog's instantly warmed right up to Scott. He trained them very well while explaining it very thoroughly to me. Very satisfied with this company. Installer did a great job. He was very helpful and informative about what he was doing how everything worked and the training of the dogs. Was definitely worth every cent. Dogs love being able to stay outside or come in as they please. Highly recommend for anyone looking to have a invisible fence installed.

I had invisible fencing for my dogs since2004 with another company that had poor customer service. When my current fence and collars quit working I called, emailed several different companies and Derbys pet fence responded almost immediately. They gave me several options for repairs or replacement. We made an appt the service rep was early, very organized, professional, great work ethic and explained in detail and had all the information that was previously quoted. Scott looked.at my unit and collars and we discussed my options.

He even devoted time for my dogs to get to know him. Since my current vendor has not responded after 2 voice mail messages, and couldn't Get any help online and no local service techs. I needed the fence immediately for the safety of my dogs. I got a total new system installed that same day, every thing worked perfectly, the warning beeps for correction worked perfectly without physical correction. They also followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working ok and if I needed anything. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

Steve put our fence in about 10 years ago when we got 2 new puppies. It always worked just as it should. If there was a problem, usually caused by horses or us digging, he was here promptly to fix it. Recently, after the death of one of the dogs, we got 2 new puppies. Steve came promptly again, and updated the entire system, put flags out, provided new collars, and started the training procedure. Dogs are trained and everything works great. We are very happy with our underground fence! Their prices are very competitive and completely worth it. The utilities company didn't come out and mark our yard before derby fence came to our house, so they came back promptly after the utilities were marked and buried the small portion that was left in the yard. I highly recommend using derby fence instead of any other company. The staff is very friendly and helpful and easy to work with.

Derby's pet fence is a great product and easy to work with. The technician did a great job with a very clean install and took time to walk me through the setup and training to adapt my dog to the boundaries. Also, providing clear instruction for the following days to provide the next steps in training and the best experience for my dog. The training worked just as outlined in the manual.

My dog now is able to enjoy our full yard without concern of running away or getting out as with a traditional fence. I have now had the fence for about three months and had no issues. I would certainly recommend Derby's Pet Fence.

The collars stop working all the time they charge you to replace with new ones that stop working. they say it's the equipment so that has to be replaced and old collars won't work with them so u have to get new ones, and the lifetime warranty is not lifetime! Now they are saying it's do to a chip and going to cost another $1000, beware a year or 2 down the road and as long as u have your pet it's going to cost more and more.

After talking to the owner they want me to send my old equipment back and when they get it they will send out the new, I said that's not going to happen because I can't let my dogs roam free waiting on new equipment it needs to be done asap, I has told I will be charged and after saying I'm not going to pay because your equipment failed, the owner hung up on me, great customer service! Beware, it would be better to pay more to another company then to keep paying this 1, if they even respond to the problem!

Installed a dog perimeter underground fence. We live on a farm where there is lots of wildlife. This fence keeps her in a two acre area and she will not cross the line to chase anything. Training is quick and the fence is humane as I have tried it. They answer calls promptly and are happy to answer questions.
