I brought my pet here seeking a second opinion. Dr. Proffitt, techs and staff were all so patient; even standing in the rain to get the full picture of what had been going on. I also appreciated everyone's kindness and understanding with what had been, for me; a difficult situation until landing at Goshen Animal Clinic. Thanks for your professionalism and listening!

I thought I left a review a few years ago, but it seems to be gone. I boarded my 14 year old dog for a week here when we went on vacation. When I picked him up he had feces hard and caked into the webbing of his feet. I was never able to get him to eat again after that visit. He died within the week. I will never forgive this place for how they treated my sweet dog at the end of his life.

Absolutely love Dr Hagen and Dr Profit. I have taken all my babies here for around 10 years now and have never had a bad or rude experience. My cat and dogs are not fearful of them, they talk to my pet before poking around - Dr Hagen usually kisses my cat on the head ( which is endearing to me). They truly have a heart for animals and it shows throughout the office staff as well. I have used their boarding facility - which is great, their groomer is incredible ( the best). I love them and so do my pets.

Yesterday I had the best experience ever. I took my 10 years old greyhound to Goshen Animal Clinic. Dr. Brenna Roth took care of my dog, and I was amazed. Dr. Roth spent about 20 minutes explaining all the possible scenarios. She is the most professional vet I have ever met. I am really happy with this experience.

The groomer at Goshen Animal Clinic is a miracle worker! My puppy is 3 1/2 months old and is a whirlwind of motion. He will NOT sit still! I dropped off a pretty, but really hairy, puppy yesterday for his very first hair cut. Lisa reported that he was a good boy! He was returned to me looking beautiful! I am so happy and grateful that she was able to get him groomed and ready for spring!

We don't normally use Goshen Animal Clinic, but our puppy had an after hours accident and they were able to get us in with their extended evening hours. Dr. Brenna Roth gave excellent care with X-rays and splint. All of our options were explained clearly and costs were quoted up front. Dr. Roth called the next morning to check on our little baby and he's on the mend thanks to her excellent care!

I have nothing but the best things to say about Dr. Profit, Dr. Roth and their entire staff at Goshen. We came to them with our 8 year old boxer who had stomach cancer and while we didn't get the outcome we hoped, everyone was very supportive and helpful along the way. It makes a huge difference finding a vet that cares so much about your pet. We will be bringing our future "family members" to this clinic.

Our first visit and it appeared the staff were having a rough day. Very nice but we waited 40 minutes and my small Yorkie was given all her immunizations at once. I was concerned about this but followed their recommendations. She is now very lethargic and not moving. I blame myself for not insisting on separating the vaccines. Not comfortable going back.

Great place, lovely building from the outside! I took my new kitten there for the first time today, they got me in on very short notice. Staff were so friendly over the phone and in person. I hardly had to wait, I was in and out within 20 mins. Was made to feel very comfortable and so was my pet. Fab clinic!

My parents' vet clinic, and since they don't Yelp, here I am. I've been here several times to pick up their dog from being boarded. It's a nice vet clinic and my parents have been really happy with the care their dog has received here. They have boarded here many times. Their dog is not an easy one to board and she fared the best here, compared to other places they've tried. They've also been extremely pleased with the vet care here. They are thorough, caring, and gracious at the end of life. I plan on using them for my next board for my dog and as a back-up to my longtime veterinarian. Recommended.

Dr Hagan & staff helped us in a critical moment. I came home on a Friday almost 2 months ago, to my elderly dog shutting down. She had been having bad days but then would bounce back with a good one. We had been talking about how we didn't want to be selfish & definitely didn't want to see her suffer. We also knew she was very stoic and wouldn't want to leave us.
We could see the pain in her eyes even though she tried her best to hide it. We knew it was her time. Our vet had already closed and Goshen Animal Clinic was about to close. They told us to come on in and they would stay as long as we needed. They came out when we arrived and offered to help us get her in the office. They told us to take as long as we needed with her and didn't rush us in any way. Dr Hagan explained everything to us and answered our questions very patiently.
We stayed with her till the end and yes, it was hard, very emotional and tearful. We held her and comforted her during her last breaths. I hate to even mention this but the charges were very reasonable. We didn't ask when we called and didn't ask when we paid. We just wanted our dog to go peacefully. She did and we were very pleased with how Dr Hagan and her staff handled this difficult situation. I will definitely recommend them and will be back to see them with our other pets. Thank you Dr Hagan and Goshen Animal Clinic.

I am not often easily impressed on a first visit, but we needed to take a very sick kitty to a very capable vet and took the recommendations here on yelp to try out the Goshen Animal Clinic. Upon arrival we immediately noticed the park like campus of this clinic, complete with doggie dookie disposal bags for the responsible pet owners to use. When we brought Grandma Violet in to the clinic we were immediately greeted by an attentive staff who addressed us by our name and appointment time.
The place did not smell like a veterinary clinic, it smelled very pleasant like an herbal candle. While looking around I noticed many small details that impressed me. like a beverage refrigerator with small ice cold water bottles for the pets and their parents to enjoy. We were directed to bring Grandma V into one of their exam rooms which I immediately noticed the table you put your pet on had a sign on it said, "Sanitized for you and your pet's protection" it's these small details that elevate it above their competition who seems more concerned about getting the masses in and out.
In fact I don't think they had much of a waiting room as they seemed to have adequate staff to take care of business. They were very gentle with our little old treasure and took care of her issues. As for their pricing, another clinic that our end of town (Southwest Louisville) rates very high is much more expensive than this vet. We also noticed their outdoor kennels were very clean, and they have some very reasonable prices for boarding. Grandma Violet was in great hands. Queen Annie, and Lady Jade will be visiting soon. Grandma V gives the Goshen Animal Clinic five of her treasured hairballs and a tails up.

I take my dog here to be groomed and I can't say enough about how they treat her for the day when she gets groomed. She always looks great when I get her and I appreciate their love for my fur baby. She comes home with a bandana and they are always adorable! I take my dog with me on trips but if I didn't I would also board here. I had heard good things about Goshen before my dog started grooming there but now am glad I tried them out. Will continue t lo take my precious little dogger there!

I have been taking my pets to this Clinic for over 17 years. I have been pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff. I will agree this is not the cheapest clinic around but I do trust them with the care of my pets. Dr Profit was able to most recently diagnose my dog. He laid out the options for treatment. His care, consideration and honestly helped us to allow our 14 year old dog to pass away at home while being as comfortable as possible. Dr Profit was quick to return my phone calls and spent time discussing her illness and treatment with me on several occasions.
His time was invaluable to me at a very crucial time in my pets life. Truly a vet that I would trust with any of my "best friends"! I will continue to use and recommend Goshen Animal Clinic.
