I honestly could not have done my job if it had not been for her providing a safe, viable solution for leaving my cats for half a month at a time. Every-time I come back there is a sense of calm contentment about the house, my cats are happy, and the house smells good. I can tell she took the time to actually play with them and love them when I could not be there.

We never go out of town because we always worry about our fur babies. But after finding Kirsten at Puppy Luv that is no longer a problem. She is amazing. Upon calling her she came to the house to meet our dogs and cat. She spent over an hour to get acquainted with them. While we were gone she sent us numerous pics and videos of our babies, a couple of the videos they were even talking to us.

She also kept a journal of each and every visit. She logged play time, eating, and pooping :-, and she left this with us after her last visit. We were thrilled with the entire experience and will not wait another 10 years before we go out of town again. In fact we are already planning our next trip.

Kirsten Calfo, Cheri, and her other employees are second to none! I have an alpaca farm with chickens and cats, and inside the house kittens. I've had to call her in an emergency situation and she has stepped up above and beyond to take care of my whole crew. Puppy Luv is the most wonderful pet sitting service imaginable! They have taken care of our two dogs for years. They are always there to help out when ever we need them! They treat them as their own, our oldest is 17-1/2yrs old and we can leave town and know that he is properly getting his medications and the attention he needs. We had to go out of town with no notice for a death in the family and they were there to help us at the drop of a hat.
