My husband and I drove 45 min.s to bring my elderly father's dog to be groomed at this establishment. Upon arriving there at our scheduled time and date, we found the establishment closed and locked. We waited for several min.s before calling the owner and got no response. Sadly, we left with the dog ungroomed. Two days later, the owner called and left a nasty voicemail on my phone.
Instead of apologizing for not being there, she told me that I was wrong and that I had never had an appointment on that day. She could have apologized or said there must of been a misunderstanding but instead she was rude and condescending to me in her voicemail. How very unprofessional. I will never go back there again.
