BEWARE: Lack of professional courtesy is appalling. My dog was hit by a car while visiting my kids. This is the company the animal hospital uses. They demand payment upfront and give you a date they will deliver your loved one. Follow up on day of expected delivery to get ETA just to be told oh now it will be next week. I stayed in town to be able to take her home with me. I am beyond upset and devastated that I have to leave without her. No consideration for the pain we are experiencing. I guess now they have our money we are on their time.

I work in the field and have helped families use these services. I expected a lot more from this company. They sent me cremations without a certificate & an engraving which was requested. (Again working in the field I know what should come with the urn). I reached out by email and didn't get an email or call back. I waited patiently for SEVERAL days.

I called and I believe Melissa was whom I spoke with. No sympathy. No compassion. No sorry. I was told I need to look in my shipping box and basically blamed for something you never even sent me. Instead of taking accountability and apologizing, I was told I would get a certificate and engraving resent to me since I no longer have the shipping box (a week later).

I looked in the box, there was no envelope. I shouldn't have to argue with someone over this when I just lost my pet which was already traumatic & unexpected. I had paid a fee at the ER + $200 to be spending days upset because I didn't even get anything back correctly. I've been in the field for years and have worked with bubbling wells which has way better customer service.

I understand things are missed and things go wrong, I've been in charge or cremations before. however I expected more from this facility and I'm genuinely upset with the service & lack of compassion I received.

AMS created professional and incredibly touching keepsakes for my beloved dog. A beautiful wood urn with a nameplate on the front, a paw print with a beautiful poem, a certificate of cremation and an ornament of his paw. I had no idea these touching keepsakes would be included. I am beyond grateful for these treasures.

I am beyond pleased with everything they did regarding my precious kitty's cremation. The urn and paw print are beautiful along with all the unexpected extras that they included. They did all of this right before Christmas and I am so grateful for that. Thank you with all my heart.

AMS is a highlight. Susanno and Moraya are the most caring and accommodating people one can hope to meet in time of loss. They will treat you like family and go out of their way to take care of your pet.

I used services through the hospital. My pup was recently cremated. I'm upset with how my case was handled. When I received her um, the name plate was spelled wrong, despite it being spelled correctly on all the included paperwork. I had asked for 4 paw prints 2 with a poem and 2 without. I received all 4 but all contained a poem. I had reguested to have the name plate fixed and to be sent paw prints with no poem.

The name plate has been fixed but her name was spelled wrong on the 2 paw prints I received. So now I have to wait even longer for these items. There is a lot of emotions behind losing a pet and this is very inconsiderate on the business end. Getting the urn back was emotional and to just have to bring her back and wait almost a month for things to be solved is ridiculous. I would like to know how the business intends to take care of this.

After losing my baby of 13 years, I was beyond lost in grief. They were so patient with me, answering any question and making sure I got everything I needed and wanted. The care, detail and attention they put into my my baby, I will forever be appreciative. When I received my baby's ashes, Her packaging was beautiful. The letter and grief pamphlets are an unexpected necessity, Thank you. Your time and effort is not missed, I'm forever grateful. You've made this loss a little easier.

Two phone calls, an email, and an email inquiry on their website after our 16 year old dog passed and we never got a reply back (I called immediately the day after he passed, as he passed late in the evening and their office hours were closed). We received no reply. Just a bill for hundreds of dollars when we picked up his ashes from the hospital we took him to. I wanted to choose his urn. What a mess and disappointment. This company caused more trauma and stress during an exceptionally difficult time. Sigh.

I used their service through a vet hospital that my loving cat was taken care of. I am glad that I upgraded from a wooden box to a nice urn to keep her ashes. They also have a service/upgrade to make a pendant with a local artist. Both came back beautifully and they also gave me a paw print. Very personal and heart-warming services.
