I love this groomer! They honestly always do such an amazing job on my yorkie, Daisy. She has been going to them for about 4 years now. Be aware that sometimes your dog might only be there an hour and sometimes it may be 4+. But honestly they do a great job and take good care of the pets under their care so I don't worry if it is a little on the long side. I have always picked her up and she is in good spirits. Price is not too high either considering the service they provide and the awesome job they always do.

Le Pooch is the BEST BESTEST GROOMER IVE EVER I MEAN EVER BEEN TOO! They've been servicing our animals off and on for 15 years and I've never been unhappy they are simply AMAZING! Friendly, caring, our animals are in love with every single groomer there! When we picked them up they are not traumatized like other times when I've taken them other places, and only because I thought Gilroy seemed to be more convenient for us! Our girl Kylie had the best spa day here! Christine was so wonderful and transformed our little lady into the beautiful girl we knew was under there (somewhere). She did a great job trimming Kylie's nails and she smelled great too! Kylie left the spa happy and with a lil pep in her step.

We had a great experience with them. My puppy had very sharp nails and his nails were scratching my children when he would jump up on them. I called and they said to bring him in and they cut his nails in 5-10 minutes of us being there. Very friendly and fast service. I will be taking him back for a grooming.

Loved how they used like a sander/ grinder method, instead of clippers. Super fast and easy! $20 for full nail trim. Thank you!

My Miss Lola is 16 and they take wonderful care of her when they groom her she always looks fabulous and she never seems stressed or upset like she has at other places. They don't keep her there for long either they're pretty fast with her.

I've been bringing my Shihtzu here for every grooming and they do a fantastic job! Very attentive and do everything that I ask of them! The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

I have a lab shepherd mix all white usually have problems whenever I get her groomed where the creamer won't pressure out all the way or I'll end up having issues with them not being able to clip her nails I have no problems here they always do a fantastic job and I plan to continue as a repeat customer would recommend

Do not take your pet unless you stay with them. Picked up my dog EARLY because apparently his mouth started bleeding and his paw knuckle got shaved. Dealing with wrapping my dogs paw daily to reduce the bleeding and taking antibiotics. Watch your pet if you take them there!

Le Pooch went above and beyond to give my pup the cut I asked for. Christine even took the time to trim his nails when I was there. I am so grateful for the great service and will definitely be coming back!

Sine it's national dogs day I was thinking of my little girl Bella today. Bella was my best friend growing up and I've shared so many memories with her. Bella is no longer with us today because this place put Bella through emotional and physical distress with led to her death. I've taken both my dogs to this particular place for years and have never had a problem before.

The last time I took Bella here was in October of 2020. Bella had anxiety and had to get special treatment because of her anxiety. We got a call that Bella was having a seizure and rushed to get her. We specifically told the groomer not to put her in the dryer because she doesn't like loud noises. Bella had burns on her face and the groomer told us that while she was having the seizure that Bella was put in a small crate.

We were also told that they took Bella out the building. This doesn't make any sense why would you do this to our dog? Seems like you forgot my dog in the dryer or whatever they use to dry the animals. They obviously didn't follow protocol when an animal is having a seizure and couldn't give us any footage because it was supposedly deleted. Pretty suspicious how it was deleted from this particular incident.

None the less you put my dog in emotional and physical distress and caused my poor Bella a horrible and emotional death. I would not take your animals here or would be very careful. I posted a picture of Bella in her memory. Thank you for reading

Brought my 15 week old bernedoodle in for a nail trimming. Staff was incredible, very welcoming, and Riley made friends so quickly. Good energy and clearly have passion for what they do. Looking forward to coming back for our doodles grooming needs in the near future!

Tried Le Pooch for the first time yesterday. I took my Great Pyrenees in for a much needed bath, and summer clip. He came out looking quite handsome. Very friendly, and caring service. It was a bit of a long day, 11-5, but they got him in the same week, so I very much appreciate the quick scheduling. They are quite busy. I definitely recommend Le Pooch. Very safe. Only groomer I go to! Nice people. I travel from San Jose. They are reasonably priced as well.

We have tried several local groomers and this is the best for our dog. He is less stressed and always comes out perfectly groomed. Everyone is helpful and accommodating

Experience: I parked in front of their store and they came out to grab my dog. For a while, I was unaware that they were workers since they just stared at me and I stared at the workers back LOL. Following COVID guidelines, they do not allow anyone to go into the shop. You do most of the paperwork and transactions outside in front of their shop. The workers were pretty nice and straightforward with everything!

A regular haircut was about $81 (including tip). The service was pretty quick and they explained everything they were going to do to my dog. They called me when my dog was all groomed up. Note: I would recommend calling for an appointment!

Best dog salon, fast, friendly and always 5 stars. Andrea your amazing every time. Bentley came home so happy.

I have NOT had much luck in finding a groomer that can handle my neurotic Labrador. She is very anxious and can not tolerate being left in a crate to wait her turn for tubby time. She weights about 80 lbs and has many medical issues and can be very difficult to manage and she is strong. I explained this when I called for the appointment and again when I dropped Kona off for her scheduled appointment.

I had her to Le Pooch at 7am and she was done by 9am. Thank you very much. This was a very pleasant experience for me and Kona. The staff listened to my concerns and followed direction and all was good for the groomer, me and for Kona. I believe Enrique was Kona's groomer and I appreciate his hard work. She was clean and smelled so much better. Again thank you very much. Thank you to all the staff at Le Pooch that interacted with Kona and made this a good day.

I've been going here for years (2008) I have full sized golden doodles. They helped me when my dog was really old and had issues and with my new puppy. Great service and they care about my dogs.

My dog looks so very adorable. This is by far one of the best haircuts she's got. It took me awhile to find a grooming salon that gave my dog the right cut. Thank you to Cass for making Bella look exactly the way I described. This place is very professional and does such a great job on my pup.

I've never used Le Pooch before and was weary about having a new groomer for my Harley. Wendy made me feel good about leaving my fur-baby in her very capable hands.
