Not really happy, they keep deposit even with weeks of notice of cancelation of not needing there service. Only booked a few days ago for weeks ahead and with weeks of notice not requiring service they keep your deposit. People want hard earned money for nothing, not happy.

Lucky to have found this place. Caitlyn is fantastic with Brax and Helen is wonderful to deal with also. Brax is always so happy when he's been there and the kennels themselves are great. They all have their own individual play pens too.

The place is great, they take good care of clients and their furry family members with good sized and secure outdoor exercise yards and enclosed night housing, and high hygiene standards you can rest assured that your pup will be looked after and enjoy themselves for the whole stay

I highly recommend Helen, her knowledge, experience and love for dogs is second to none. The Dog House Inn is always welcoming, clean and tidy. Our dog loves her days with Helen and I wouldn't want to leave her anywhere else

I left my pup at Chinchilla Boarding Kennels while working in the area, they looked after her during the day, at first she was a little apprehensive going in, the second day not so worried, the third day I opened the pen and she was gone, my pup was really well looked after and she was happy when I picked her up at night. Helen accommodated the fact that I worked outside the hours of service and we worked out a suitable plan for both of us. Cannot say enough good things here. Highly recommend Chinchilla Boarding Kennels and I will be taking my dog there for many years to come.
