Love Penny and her staff. They care about your pet and you can have piece of mind while you are out of town. When I first hired Penny I had a 15 year old dog that required a lot of care as his hearing and eyesight were failing. Penny gave him the love and respect he deserved and when I came home he was safe and happy. Now she is always available for my current herd of pets and always does a great job. I love that you can get a response about them when you are on vacation or out of town to get that extra piece of mind. Thanks A-Z!

I was very happy to find Penny at A-Z Critter Care. My long time pet sitter moved, and I don't board my cats because they become extremely stressed when taken out of their home environment. I was also hesitant about having strangers coming into my home while I was out of state. Fortunately I found Penny. She is very professional, thorough and caring.

I was impressed that she makes sure you have a "meet and greet" for your sitter and your pets to make sure they get to know each other. They are very good at accommodating specific individual needs for each pet and they use a check list for each visit, and they will check in with you to let you know how everything is going. Alyssa and Penny were both wonderful with our babies, and I will use them anytime I have to go out of town in the future.

I didn't like them at all. They seemed ok in the beginning, then they charge a ton of extras.
