Lots Of Pets Superstore

This is a hidden gem in the SG Valley! Can't find decent pet shops around that area that truly know the products they stock and which ones would work best for puppies and older elderly dogs. The moment I walked in the store is just jam packed with different treats and goodies for pets of all sizes and types. I had my puppy with me when i went and the owner was so generous he gifted some toys to help my pups teething process.

They also do online retail and the shipping speed is mighty fast and best part is they do free shipping with no minimums like most shops. This is my go to pet shop now, forget all the big corp retailers, SUPPORT LOCAL BUY LOCAL!

Owners wife wrote the first reveiw. What a con job. This store doesn't carry hardly any product. my bedroom is bigger then this store. They wanted me to switch my dog food to something they sell and were badmouthing the brand I currently use. My dog food does just fine for my dog and I buy it at My Pets Garden.

This store is very convenient next to the freeway. Excellent customer service by the owner. He's very polite and he suggest the best for your lovely pets, he really shows his personal interest in our lovely pets. This store is full of goodies and have a Hugh variety of products for your pets. They have products fir different kind of pets. Not only cats and dogs are welcome to this store.

The variety of products proves me how blessed we are in this neighborhood to have lots of pets in our area. The owner give some treats to my lovely dog as soon as we step inside of the store. If you are a busy person just order online and they have a fast and reliable delivery service or just order your pet goodies and they have curb side pick up.

You will not going to regret it. I'm challenging my neighbors to try it. Lots of pets participate and support our city of Pasadena. Some weekends they have different events snd they donate products to a different organizations, this is amazing from their part.

Great customer service, owner is very nice, knowledgeable, transparent, honest, and gives out a cute gifts for our doggies. And last but not least very reasonable price. :

To think I almost didn't walk in! I'm all about yelp reviews so only having 1 wasn't encouraging. It might not be a big establishment but by far the best I've been in a while. Let's start with the AMAZING prices. I got all of this for under $20. I must of came in on a day they were getting rid of some inventory, lucky of Sandie aka my dog. Harry (I think) and Diane were so sweet and helpful. I think I just found my new small business owner favorite

The owner of this shop is very personable and knowledgeable of his products, in addition to general care questions. He always takes his time to explain and doesn't make the person he is speaking to feel rushed. He carries a wide variety of items to meet everyone's needs. Also, the shop owner is very involved in different community pet related events.

I placed an order through Walmart that was sold and shipped from this company. The add was very deceiving and dishonest. I ordered cat toys and the add showed a picture of 3 ducks and it said 1 pack making it look like you would get all three as pictured. I ordered 2 packs expecting 6 ducks but there were only 2 ducks for a very high price. Do not trust this company if you are ordering from them online!

Came to the store today looking for a leash. I did not find one but what I did find was a large selection of toys and chewables that my dogs love. I also seen supplies for birds cats fish and other small animals. Super friendly staff. They did mention discounts for curbside pick up. If you love your animals and want to save some money check this place out.
