Reserved boarding for my dog over Memorial Day weekend. I called a week or so later to confirm, which she was able to pull up and I also asked to drop off Thursday instead of Friday. When I showed up that morning they had no record of my reservation and also said they could not accept him as he wasn't neutered. Even though their worker confirmed my reservation a week prior.
Absolutely unacceptable for this to happen. I didn't know at the time but when I got home I found the voicemail from Makaylah(sorry for spelling) on may 18th at 12:20pm also confirming my reservation and also stating they will accept him this time for not being neutered and that this would be a one time only exception. This caused me to reschedule a vacation. Get it figured out paws inn

My dog was recently groomed here after being kicked out of several other places for his anxiety about his nails being handled. The last time I took him to our previous groomer they didn't even finish his nails or furminator treatment and I paid over $50. Paws Inn did a fantastic job grooming him, all of his nails were clipped, AND charged less than the other groomers who didn't even finish the job did! Cannot recommend enough. Update June 2022: Paws Inn continues to impress me.
My dog's anxiety has recently increased for some reason and they have stayed super professional and able to meet his need for sedation for nail trims, and noted some dental problems his other vet missed. I am extremely happy with this provider.

Was another vet hospital (that shall remain nameless) before. Finally got tired of overpriced services, bad treatment of cat. example they told me my cat was aggressive and needed gabapentin dose before every visit. Their corporate model drives everything. Called and got annual vaccination and visit scheduled at Paws. Completely different experience. Nicer more authentic staff, clean, super friendly doc.
My cat was so comfortable she came out of the carrier in her own and was completely relaxed. This visit was divine intervention. I'm so happy to join the Paws Inn family. Thank you!

I started going here during the pandemic so I have never been in person. It has been a drive up experience where they come out and take the animal inside. They have been very accommodating and knowledgeable. The vet is willing to take the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing is probably typical. mid range.

I choose Paws Inn because not one when I called did the woman in the phone make me feel as if my questions and many concerns were an issue for her. The day of drop off went super smooth, and they assured I could call as much as I be wanted. They always had a positive report for me when I called, and they even trimmed his nails. When he came home, I'm almost certain he is more spoiled than before. The people who are carrying for your pet really do love them. Already booked him in for my next trip.

I had contacted them early this morning because my cat has had repeat ear infections and I just wasn't getting the treatment I wanted at another vet. My poor buddy was in so much pain but they took excellent care of him and now he's home and eating again in no time at all. I can tell they care and we're very happy to answer all my questions - which I really appreciate, as I had many. Not just the things above but they were also a 4th of the price of my pervious vet. I will be confining to go here.

It was a great first time visit for my kitten. The Vet explained everything in great detail and made sure everything was covered. Everyone that assisted my fella were very nice and helpful. Most important of all the cost was very very reasonable. I'm recommending them to my family and friends. Thankyou everyone for your help and kindness.

We started taking our animals year a few years back when we acquired a very sick baby kitten. Now they have seen most of our animals for various things including putting two of our older animals to sleep. They sent cards of condolence after which was very sweet and were very understanding. Our animals get excellent care here at all times. Their online prescription ordering is also very convenient.
We used their boarding facility this summer for our Jack Russell and she came back in wonderful shape and smelling DIVINE! We highly recommend Paws Inn for all your vet needs!

It actually breaks my heart to write what I am about to share. I have been faithfully taking my pets here for 20 years! My cockers whole life and they even gave myself and my godsons a beautiful cocker when mine passed. He passed too a few year's ago. They would let me make payments because I didn't always have enough money raising my godsons and being a waiter.
They started taking care of our beloved cat and German Shepard for the last several years. My cat has a issue with histamine. Today he is sick and scratching. No voice. I called and they told me Monday. Well that's 5 days from now. I got upset. And said ok let me have medicine. They said it's been over a year so it's illegal.the former Manager would have given me the medicine or and Had him a quick once over to release the medicine. Shame on you. If I left to you he would be dead by Monday.

I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. They were always so kind. I had 2 cocker spaniels. One they gave me. They have changed management. My cat has been seen for five years. He has an over active histamine problem. They always took great care and even let me make payments. I unfortunately am pulling both my animals and will be looking for another vet.
My cat is miserable and they told me I had to wait till Monday. Today is Wednesday. They refused to even give me the medicine he needs. They were borderline rude and had no issues with the fact that the cat who is sick would wait 5 more days to be seen or given his medicine. His voice is gone and he's stopped eating. Shame on you! I work with the public and swore by this place for 20 years! Shame on you.
How could you let my cat suffer. You said your short a vet. The former manager would have gotten him in or gave me the medicine he needs. You said it's illegal because it's been over a year. Please. You took care of the cat for 5 years. Unbelievable Heartless and irresponsible for a veteran clinic to do. I very quickly found one with one phone call that is seeing us today.

We used to love this place, but I think they lost their office manager, and it has gone to complete hell. I am writing this review after my third bad experience in a row with something as simple as a prescription pick up. So, you have to physically go there, call the number on the door, and then wait and wait and wait before they'll do anything for you (no call aheads). That's only if your phone call goes through and they immediately put you on hold. What's even more frustrating is you can see multiple staff members in their lobby just standing around.
There are two girls there that are super sweet and helpful, too bad it takes 30 minutes to pick up a prescription that you called in 24 hours prior (and have to call again and wait 30 minutes for help just to pick it up). Whatever system they are now using is broken. A shame. Really used to love this place, but it's not what it used to be. Wish someone would get them back on track.

This was our first experience with Paws Inn Animal hospital. First of all, they got us on right away. No one else would do that. Not even the vet we had been using for years! They are all super pleasant and go out of their way to make sure all you needs are met and questions are answered. I definitely recommend them and will go back there for sure.
We just switched Vets as far as I'm concerned. They even helped me when my car battery died while I was waiting in the parking lot. (My own fault.) Even the vet came out to assist!

I found out about Paws Inn Animal Hospital thru my daughter and she's been taking her dogs there for the past 14 years. I have been to their office 4 times over the last couple of years and I've never had to wait to see the Dr. The Dr and the staff seem knowledgeable and friendly. I feel like their fees are reasonable.

First visit and I'll never go again! Despite the doctor being absolutely lovely the other staff made me not want to come back. Two girls at the front desk were not welcoming actually very rude and complaining about wanting to go home already (I was the last appointment available). A male assistant when holding the cat had to call over another lady and she was very sweet but he claimed he "just wasn't good with cats" and had to leave the room from laughing at me explaining my cats behavior at home.
When leaving I said thank you and a girl at the front desk responded "mmhmm". As a military member new to the area this experience put a bad taste in my mouth. Wish the staff had better customer service because the doctor was very professional and caring even when I'm sure she would have liked to go home too!

Dr. Mandy, Dr. Armour and Brittany are just delightful! I couldn't be happier with a veterinarian team! And Mandy was so helpful in getting all of our travel and international health certificate information ready for our little Max's move to Germany. Each country has different requirements for pets and so to have such an energetic, proactive team was a relief! My sister brings her little cat here too. Plenty of parking, nice clinic, and easy to get to (next to the Dayton Mall)! Thanks Paws Inn!

We absolutely LOVE Paws Inn! Our dog, Pappy, actually gets excited to visit. We love that a complimentary bath is given when he stays more than one night, and it give us peace of mind to know not only is this a kennel, but also a veterinary hospital so he has complete care here. The staff are so friendly and always remember him. I have NEVER had to wait when we visit. We are getting another puppy today who will also begin care with Paws Inn. DEFINITELY recommend!
