Lifetime Pet Center of New Richmond is proud to serve New Richmond and the surrounding community for all of their pet-related needs. It is the mission of Lifetime Pet Centers of New Richmond to be your family's pet healthcare provider, offering the highest quality care from their first pediatric visit until the final days of their life, using the most modern technology available.
Our New Richmond hospital offers full-service pet healthcare, from boarding and grooming to veterinary wellness and surgical procedures. We base your pet's care around wellness exams and appropriate preventive medicine. The staff is experienced and well trained to advise you on your pet's needs. Our medical care includes surgery, dentistry, and internal medicine.
Dr. Miller is the the practice owner of our New Richmond hospital. He sold our Williamsburg location in 2021 and is now practicing at New Richmond exclusively. He was born and raised in Cincinnati and is a 1974 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. His wife, Susan, is also an Ohio State graduate and a Blanchester, Ohio native.
Lifetime Pet Center of New Richmond has enrolled in the AVMF Veterinary Care Charitable Fund, a program created by the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF) to support veterinarians in offering low or no-cost services to clients facing extraordinary hardships, as well as a way to support animals rescued from abuse and neglect.

This place rarely explains what they do now that they do not allow people to come in with their pets. They grab your pet, go. Being it back and run back in. Glad to get the money first of course. I needed to get boosters for my shepherd, but I'm going to find another vet. Covid is not an in issue any longer as far as allowing customers in. My dog is my family. My kid almost. I wouldn't send my toddler into the doctor alone.

Dr. Miller, and his staff, show a genuine love for the animals they see, as well as care and concern for the pet owners. I have always been impressed by the fact that they have seperate waiting and exam areas for digs and cats. Now, with Covid still hanging on, they have arranged their practice to minimize contact with other people. As a cancer patient, I truly appreciate that! Dr. Miller is very thorough and explains what he believes to be the problem and offers reasonable solutions. My fur babies are in very good hands at Lifetime Pet Center.

Lifetime Pet Center is the best. We bring our 3 cats and 2 dogs there and I could not ask for a more friendly staff and Doctor. They always inform me of updates to treatments for our animals crazy ailments and have the patience of Saints for all my questions and concerns. I deal with many Vet Clinics as part of my business and I highly recommend this clinic. I would give them more stars if I could! Thanks Lifetime Pet Center for everything you do for us.

We love Lifetime Pet Center. We have taken Mozart, our Labrador Retriever there for 11+ years. Dr. Miller repaired Mozart's ACL tear in April 2017 and he is doing well. We recently adopted Mozart a buddy, Raven, a 6 month old Labradoodle (photo of both below). Of course, we brought her immediately to Dr. Miller to have her checked and planned for her spay and hernia repair.
He did her surgery the same week and her recovery was a breeze. I call Sarah at Dr. Miller's all the time with questions and she is very knowledgeable and so helpful. I cannot say enough about how much we love and have trusted them throughout many years.

Lifetime Pet Center has really gone out of their way to help me get the best care for my kitty cats. Despite one really not liking going to the vet and possibly snipping at a hand or two, they've showed they really care for her and my other cat. Not only do the show care, but they also provided me with helpful information and understanding on how cats live and better ways to care. Love this pet center!

We love everything about Lifetime Pet Center. They are true professionals! They take the time to make you and your pets feel special. We appreciate the follow-up phone calls to check on our pets. We do not know of many practices that will take the time to do this. It really does matter and speaks volumes of how much they care.
