Puppy Daycare

I wish more doggy daycares operated the way Go Fetch does. I lived in Loveland for only one year and now live in Hebron. The set up Go Fetch uses is perfect and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I fully appreciated the no upcharge for boarding and playing. I miss Go Fetch! and so does Chewie!

We can't even say the word daycare without our guy going crazy because he loves this place so much! Matt and Stephanie both do an amazing job caring for the dogs! We have been going here for 2.5 years and are going to be customers for life.

Mara loves going to daycare at Go Fetch! All Of the staff are amazing and take such great care of her. So glad we found this wonderful place!

Critical: Professionalism Discriminatory! Got our Staffy Dane mix signed up for an evaluation then received a call back that they don't take bully breeds. I guess I should say thank you though, we don't want our baby looked after by someone would judge her by her breed.

Love, love, love Go Fetch! We brought our greyhound who suffered from separation anxiety here for daycare for the past two years. They consistently provided great care and affection for our dog. She loved coming here each day and was always exhausted by the time we picked her up. I would recommend Go Fetch to any dog owner who's wanting great daycare or boarding services for their pup.

- Owner was disturbingly rude.to the point where my wife did not feel safe. My wife and I have never been treated that way before, let alone as a customer. - Facility was not clean.we had to take our dog in to the vet the next day for kennel cough. EDIT: As a follow-up: we were late and we expressed appreciation for the owner taking the time to get our dog after hours.

It wouldn't have been a big deal to wait until the next day, but helping us out was truly appreciated; however, the owner did not introduce himself and was hostile from our first interaction until we left. Berating a customer, even when doing them a favor, is unacceptable. BTW, our dog was diagnosed with kennel cough by a veterinarian the day after we picked him up and is currently on antibiotics. He's our only dog, is not exposed to other dogs, is fully vaccinated, and didn't have kennel cough when we dropped him off.

Our Golden, Luke, has been going to Go Fetch for years and he cannot wait to get there. almost every day through the week. Matt and the staff are awesome and they treat our pups with loving care. Luke runs around chasing tennis balls a good part of the day and sleeps and eat better after all the exercise. Go Fetch is a clean and safe environment and I highly recommend their services.

Our dog loves going to day care at Go Fetch. She loves the opportunity to socialize and play with other dogs. The staff keep the facility clean and maintain a safe environment. We've also boarded her many times and never have any concerns that she is happy and healthy. We love getting her bathed there because she smells good for WEEKS afterward! In my opinion they are far superior to other facilities that want to charge you a fee for "extras" during boarding like letting your dog out to play. At Go Fetch daily play time and affection from the staff is a given. They really are the best!

My Dog Chopper loves Go Fetch. He's been going for about 8 months 2-3 times a week and on several occasions for boarding. He gets excited the minute we get there. All of the staff are great and you can tell they really care about the dogs. The best part is he comes home all tuckered out so he's getting his exercise and he's staying out of trouble.

I took my three dogs, a 120 lb Black Lab mix, a 90 lb. Border Collie Mix, and a 15 lb Chi/Pom mix, to Go Fetch for doggie daycare for years. They were happy, tired pups when I picked them each day! Go Fetch has terrific pricing for one or multiple dogs, they play and interact with the dogs throughout their stay, and the staff love dogs! I trust Matt and his crew not only from experience, but in their love for dogs they want what is best for them. I highly recommend Go Fetch.

When we lived in Cincinnati, Andy Barnes spent everyday in daycare at Go Fetch. He made amazing friends, and came home with a big huge smile every night. He also boarded at Go Fetch when I had to be out of town. I so completely trust the dedicated, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff at Go Fetch. We miss you!

Kind, caring and friendly atmosphere, where doggies could run, play or simply relax all day. Your dog will thank you, then sleep from exhaustion.

There was a negative review in 2016 but the more recent reviews seemed to contradict that one so we decided to give this place a try this past weekend. As it turns out, however, the 2016 review is spot on, the more recent ones, not so much. BOTTOM LINE: Don't take your pet here. The owner is a jerk. It's bad enough he has to act like a jerk with my wife but to be one in front of my 7-year-old is totally unacceptable. I'm sorry my dog wasn't perfect enough for him but he won't have to worry about it from here forward as we WILL NOT be back.

I certainly hope the owner isn't this rude and condescending to other customers or his employees but I suspect he is with occasional bouts of niceness which gets him a good review or two. I wouldn't even give it 1-star but you have to choose something in order to leave the review. NO STARS!

Starting using Matt and Go Fetch the first of November. I've since used their services over thanksgiving holiday (6 days), New Years Eve weekend and I will use them for this upcoming weekend. Very agreeable to work with and my dog happily goes with them each time I drop her off. AND they're open on Sunday so I can usually pick her up with no interruption in my work schedule. Hats off to Matt and staff!

I completely disagree with the previous negative comment. My dog has been going here for months and Matt has been awesome. We use Go Fetch every time we travel and have never had a bad experience. If my dogs could talk, I'm pretty sure they would say they love it too!

I wouldn't even give this place one star. I had the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my entire life. and with who? The owner, Matt. He is RUDE AS SHIT. I've never in my lifetime been talked to the way he spoke to me. Do yourself a favor and take your dog to Camp Bow Wow in Blue Ash. They are polite, friendly, and would never even dream of speaking to customers the way Matt spoke to me. Good riddance to this place. Awful awful awful.
