I could not be more impressed and pleased with the outcome of my cats long term stay. I had a personal emergency that caused temporary displacement for both myself and my cat. I was so anxious to leave her for so many months, but my fears were quickly put at ease. The cattery was gorgeous and was totally cat friendly with lots of activities, toys, cat trees, and more to keep her stimulated and not cooped up.

The staff was so kind to take the time to send me pictures and videos often and they even bought her a Christmas present! When I picked her up, all of her caregivers came to say goodbye in a way that indicates they all had a special bond with eachother. It meant so much that Twig was so loved while she was with them. They were also so gracious in their willingness to work out a payment plan that was suitable for all parties and the timeliness of all communications was greatly appreciated as well.

I will forever keep Country Lane as my first choice for boarding and will gladly recommend to anyone. Thank you to the whole team again for giving Twig a happy and loving place to stay!

Mary and the other staff are amazing! We drive about an hour to get there, but the treatment of sweet dogs is worth it! Absolutely love this place! Highly, highly recommend!

The staff is super nice and friendly, they make you feel that your pet will be safe while you are gone. They noticed my pet was having a medical issue a few years ago. They acted fast got her to an emergency vet let us know what was going on and saved her life.

Our dogs LOVE this place! The staff is so kind. If you have to board a cat, they allow felines out solo in a common area at night on a rotating basis. Dogs have a private run. No intermingling, so you can rest easy that your paw kids will be anxiety free. They take care of our animals the way we would.

We have been using Country lane Pet resort for over eight years. Our dog Rocky loves it. Randy the owner does a great job and very personal! Also, Rocky loves seeing Mary at the front desk. The staff is very friendly, they care for the dogs in a personal way. Lately Rocky had special meal needs, and they were happy to work with us to make him feel comfortable during his stay. Usually Rocky stays from one month to two months in the summer. And he is well taken care of. We highly recommend Country lane Pet resort.

This place and everyone who works here are amazing! We've been bringing our two pups here for a couple years now. Randy is one of the most personable and nicest people I have ever met. You can tell that he sincerely cares about each and every pet that comes through the door. Lily is amazing too and always gets so excited when she sees Sadie and George.

I have complete peace of mind and know they are getting the best care while they are there. The pups love it there and get so excited when we pull into the driveway and they realize they are at camp. The play yards are a huge benefit because I know they are not going to be locked in a kennel all day and they can all of their energy out! The staff are also very accommodating if we need to add a night of boarding at the last minute. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Amazing "camp" for your animal friend! Mary spent over an hour with us on a tour explaining in detail how they care for our dogs (or your cat) while they stay at this facility. We had a lot of questions due to our dogs being older and larger. She and the staff are patient, courteous and true animal lovers. Our instructions for food and the dogs likes were handled.

We also met the owner Randy who answered some of our questions and asked his own as well - Randy you have an amazing facility and staff! This place is worth the drive! In my opinion the mental worry that comes with leaving your animal friends at a kennel was and has been alleviated as long as they stay here. Thank you Country Lane Pet Resort!

My parents take their dog to board here whenever they go out of town and always rave about the service. The staff are friendly and obviously take great joy in their work. They greet you and your dog by name. The checking in and out process is always very easy, and they are receptive to taking down special care instructions. They were totally okay with giving our dog medicine twice a day, and giving her the food we packed. Our dog is always excited to go back here, so i think that tells you all you need.

This is hands down the best boarding experience you can ask for! We used to drive over an hour to board our dog here. Now we only live 15 minutes away. I can tell you that it was absolutely worth the drive when we had to make it. Randy and his staff are outstanding. Toby loved his stay and my family and I didn't worry one minute about him while we vacationed. I highly recommend Country Lane!

A friend recommended Country Lane for an extended stay for our dog Charlie while we went out of the country for two weeks. I could not believe the reasonable pricing, and the wonderful staff. Communication was extremely easy booking and arranging details-I had to change drop off and pick up times, and they were extremely understanding. Our dog usually stays with friends or family, but due to the long duration, we had to board him.

I was nervous until I actually dropped Charlie off, as we have never boarded him, and he's 15. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming and he seemed to feel right at home despite being generally anxious. He came home smelling great (love the bath option!) and in good spirits. Thank you so much for taking care of Charlie while we are away. I would definitely suggest Country Lane to anyone in need of a temporary home for their dog. We will definitely be back.
