Decadent Dogs

Visited 3 times in one week. Lots of fun things for dogs and people. If you have a pooch, this is a must visit when in South Haven.

Dogs need vacation/everyday/good puppy/just because treats too! Decadent dogs is really the store for dog owners and lovers alike. They did have a few cat things but really the focus is dogs. The walls of the store have leashes, harnesses, life jackets, toys, etc for dogs. Additionally, there are socks, house decor, and general breed themed items for humans too! The middle is a cute dog bakery with treats in a range of costs, a majority around $3. My dog has been a happy customer during our trip to South Haven!

Love this place. Has the nicest people working and the nicest dog. Fantastic merchandise.

After visiting a few other dog stores with no luck of finding a sweater for Ms. Stella they pulled out the winter bin and made sure we left with a sweater and we ended up with an adorable dress.

We buy our dogs' food and treats here. Very high quality offerings for less than you'd pay online. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We love Decadent Dogs!

We just visited South Haven recently and this store left a lasting impression on us! :) The lady working was so helpful and a joy to talk to! We had our two kids with us (one nonverbal) and it meant the world that she interacted with them both equally and shared stickers with them and gave high 5s! Thank you, Decadent Dogs! You helped to make our vacation a very enjoyable one and one that we will remember!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! Will stop in South Haven just to come here - and my dogs loved it too! (Tho they waited in the car) Bought a box of cookies ($4), beef jerky sticks and chicken jerky bites- those were all big hits! And there's a resident doggie that's just the very sweetest! Wonderfully lovely woman at the register who also gave us a few cheese puffs to sample! They have everything special here For your special furry baby! And I thought my haul was very affordable too!

Absolutely love this store. The ladies who work here were so nice and lovely and helpful. Also had two staff dogs named Finn and Gilligan helping out. Our dog absolutely loved the fresh made treats they had and we bought a lot of them. Also a great toy selection!

Place was cute and had a lot of options but bought a moon pie for my dog and it was completely stale. She's a pit with incredibly strong jaws and couldn't take a bite out of it. I even tried to cut it with a knife and couldnt. If your treats are that old, don't sell them, or at least provide a warning. Can't believe I paid almost $5 for a completely inedible treat.

If you sre a dog lover or have a friend/family that is, this is the store for you. It has all things dogs from food, toys, clothing both adults and dogs and decorations of all kinds. If you are local, please sure to sign up for the mailing list for a treat for your pooch. The bakery has homemade goidies where I bring back to dogs every time I'm here.

Last time, I chose the cookies, this time, I picked peanut butter and bacon mini biscuits as my golden retrievers are 3 months, 1 1/2 yrs and 10 years. The shop is adorable and the staff is delightful. If you're missing your own, there's always a few to pet

Fun little boutique shop. A few things were out of our budget, but loved the toys we took back home to the doggies. Definitely a place to visit when on a trip to South Haven. Don't do South Haven without at least visiting this shop and seeing the two dogs and all the novelty items.

Very friendly staff! Dogs are welcome to choose their own toys and treats in the store. Sort of pricey, but worth it for the experience for you and your pooch.

Items were a bit expensive but it's a speciality shop in South Haven so I was not surprised. The workers were very nice and my pups loved the doggy donuts I bought for them there. I do like that they have a small section for cats. :

Everything here seems overpriced. Lots of clothing for people and dogs, lots of toys, leashes, decor, bowls, food, treats, just a dog owners store. Brutally honest, too pricy for me.

This store is a must every time we're in town. They have the cutest merchandise & my picky dogs always love their baked treats.

+ Dog decor galore + Treat samples at the cashier counter + Friendly, helpful staff We were walking along Phoenix St downtown when we stumbled upon Decadent Dogs. Actually, what drew us in was one of the flags they had on display outside the storefront - that of a golden retriever's profile on a background of stars and stripes. My bf and I looked at each other and he said, "We have to have it." So in we go to buy the flag. Inside, we were told that that was the last one they had but we were welcome to purchase the one on display.

When I asked if we could purchase it at a discount since it had already been out on display, the store clerk was kind enough to check with the manager (she texted her as the manager was out of the store) and got us 10% off the retail price. Well, the flag is proudly hanging in our den right now much to the embarrassment of our real life golden retriever at home, lol.

Great little store with lots of knick knacks and home decor items for crazy dog-loving people, and baked goodies for the dogs. There are a few cat items in the corner too. There are treat samples at the cashier's counter and of course, the store is dog-friendly.

Can't really add anything every other review has not stated. Friendly staff, dog adoptions, cute dog toys, gifts, clothes, and bakery. One place in SH that we know we will receive good service and products.

I could NOT resist stopping in while walking around downtown South Haven while on vacation. I did not have my gal with me but noticed that dogs are welcome inside :) They have an awesome selection of goodies for you and your dog. SO much fun! They have lots of breed-specific items and customizable items. While I was there, I noticed there was a person (volunteer?) from a local shelter (?) with a dog that was available for adoption.

I was here on a weekend so I'm not sure if this is a weekend or daily thing. Regardless, it's a great initiative! So good to see the store trying to help dogs find their forever homes! If i wasn't flying out with limited suitcase space, i could've done some SERIOUS damage. However, i managed to be very good and only buy a customized stocking for my pup's first Christmas! Yes, it was July. Sue me.

Roxanne and Sarah are amazing! We stop in about every two weeks. Love the extra mile they are willing to go to make everyone happy!

I love coming to this downtown boutique. Walk right in with your dog and find whatever you might need for your furry pal. Such a cute place selling dog food, treats, bakery case filled with great looking dog cookies, clothes, leashes, collars, toys, and other great gifts for pets or people. They help homeless dogs find homes which makes me love this place even more. Very friendly & helpful staff. I always stop in whenever in town.

What a cute little boutique! Decadent Dogs has everything I've come to love about my favorite pet shops in Chicago. I love the vast selection of cute cards, sassy stickers, and assorted gifts you can get for people and puppies. They also carry fun things like dogolopy board games, treat games, cooling pads and misc. pet gear. When you walk in you're immediately greeted by a beautiful bakery case of pretty dog treats too.

I had a hard time deciding which ones to bring back as a souvenir for my puppy. Great selection and a friendly staff. Plus they help homeless doggies find homes. Extra bonus points and good karma for them. A must stop if you're in South Haven.

Even though I didnt actually buy anything here I still feel like I can leave an educated review. The store is a cute little downtown South Haven boutique type place. It was jumpin with peeps and pups. Everyone besides me and the bf had a dog there. So its highly puppy friendly. They have food, toys, clothes, leashes accessories, gifts and pretty much evey other pup thing you would need.

I had to give it 5 stars since they help puppies find homes. There was a lil doggy in there that was available for adoption. I was so happy to hear that, but not as happy when I saw the sing on the door that read 261 dogs have found a home here! At first I got excited and told the bf that they found 26 dogs homes!, he replied read that again.oh 261! Props to youDecadent dog keep up the good work!

Decadent Dogs has to be one of my favorite stores in South Haven. And even though I am a native I still stop in the store every time I go into town. When me and my family had a our dog Kelly (R.I.P.) we would ALWAYS buy her Christmas gifts there. There is everything from dog toys to treats and even clothes for the human friend. Another great thing about the store is that you can bring your dog in the store (most of the time). And you can also adopt dogs out of the store from the Al-Van Humane Society of South Haven. And even if you don't have a dog, it is still so much fun to look through.

What a great dog store. They have all of your normal doggie boutique stuff, clothes, bakery goods, toys, people stuff with your favorite breed and quality food. We bought our pug some awesome "indestructible" toys that smell like mint. She loves them. I have seen these around Chicago as well, but never purchased them. I forget the brand, but they are very cool. Especially if you have a dog who likes to eat their toys; they will not be able to eat these things.
