DO NOT GO TO THIS VET CLINIC I had been taking my numerous pets there for years 10+ not only to the vet but also to the boarding and grooming facilities and they have been going downhill for awhile now. I kept overlooking the issues because I really liked the vet /owner. Issues such as an employee caught kicking a dog but still stayed employed and a dog getting loose from the boarding facility and they're on a busy hwy, constant turn over at the grooming facility to mention a few.

My horrible experience with them a couple weeks ago and how they handled the unexpected passing of my dog (which they refused to help me with because they were too busy ) has pushed me to find a new vet. The staff there with the exception of a few are cold and unprofessional. Especially Theresa "the manager" who was extremely unhelpful and rude and yelled at me over the phone which as a "manager" is unacceptable. Sadly the owners of this clinic continue to keep bad help and have no idea what is going on with their facility. Now myself along with quite a few others are switching to a new clinic where hopefully they handle situations better.

My dog stays with Doggie Dorms when I'm away, and they do great with her! She plays outside and I can view the photos on their Facebook page, and they feed her on her normal schedule, even weighing out her wet food as we do at home. I love having the vet close by too so if an emergency happens she can get treated. They are often booked solid in the summer because they're the greatest boarder around!

Always a great experience here. My dog loves the outdoor yard and comes home exhausted! We really like the daily report cards.

We have been taking our fur baby to Animal Campus for many years, and we love the staff. They are caring, thorough, unbelievably kind and they always call after appointments to follow-up with test results or to see how things are going. We highly recommend Animal Campus.

Our little dog Benny loves coming to the doggy dorms. It is wonderful socializing time for him, which he needs. The dogs are loved and well cared for during their stay. They each have their own private, nice sized cubical. They also get lots of outdoor playtime. I never worry about him when he is there.

We brought our dog to get groomed here for the longest time. He never liked car rides and would always make a huge fuss when coming to the groomer. We just assumed that it was because he didn't like being groomed in general. The last time we brought him for an appointment at 9:30 that was supposed to end at 11 a.m. We dropped him off, and while we would usually wait for the phone call to pick him up, it didn't come. So, we showed up at 11 a.m. to just be ready for the phone call, because we had obligations shortly after.

Nobody was at the front desk, but from the other room, we could hear our dog whining, and another voice yelling, "Stop it! Shut up!" At OUR dog! The woman came out of the room and seemed startled to see somebody there, and said, "Uh, excuse me. I have to make a call." Yeah, the call to us. We're never coming back.

I was referred to Dr Osgood to perform an amputation of my dogs toe. My dog is a retired greyhound who had a racing injury and had been limping for 4 years. Her toe was clearly disfigured but nothing was showing up on the X-ray. Dr Osgood suggested she was suffering from arthritis rather than a toe issue even after the greyhound expert explained the issue to him.

After my consultation with Dr Osgood, he also said he would follow up on Daisy's condition in 10 days and he never did. Of course her condition continued to decline. I finally found someone who would amputate her toe and after dissecting the removed toe she had a fused knuckle joint which caused "kissing lesions" within her pad of her toe. This is what was causing her limping over the last 4 years which was also causing her extreme pain.

Be cautious using this vet and Dr Osgood. Really pay close attention to the real issues that are happening with your dog and don't stop pushing if you believe they are missing something.

Our beloved Cody was very well cared for at Animal Campus. With daily written reports and personalized care we never worried about him while we traveled. He was always clean and had a warm comfortable enclosure. When he got older, conditions were made for him, for example placing him near a light due to his fading eye sight. We only wish that we a puppy to continue using this company.

Doggie Dorms is always well maintained and very clean. The staff seems to really love their job and that puts my mind at ease when I am away. I appreciate everything they do for us.

We have searched long and far for a good kennel, and I think we've finally found one. While at most kennels you are overpriced and charged extra to earn your dogs exercise, here, the dogs are taken outside and allowed to run around and play with the other dogs! If your dog is too little or not able to keep up with the other dogs for some reason, there is a designated "little dog" area. There is even a lake for your dogs to go swimming! My dogs, who hate kennels, always come back tuckered but happy. I would definitely recommend this place!

Love this place! Everytime I come with my dog Nate, I can feel the love and attention in that office from the front office ladies to the Vets. They really teach you about caring and medical maintenance for your pet. There not just trying to rush you out the door. Backstory: We live in Milwaukee and the prior place we used there was awful. We researched this place and it's worth the 30 min. Drive for us. Keep up the awesome work.

Be very very careful when choosing what vet to use at animal campus. Not all vets are equal! lots of vet turn over don't know know why. Over vaccinated our small dog to the point she went in to shock and need to be taken to emergency vet to be stabilized. Lastly recorded keeping has my other dog as a cat and our kitten as a 15year old. Please use extreme caution if you choose to use animal campus veteran. Hopefully nobody goes through our experience again.

Animal Campus has friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff. The boarding kennels are clean. Based on posted photos, report cards, and the condition of our three dogs upon our return, they enjoy their stay.

I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. That is the rating this facility deserves. I had a bad experiences in the veterinary office; this decision resulting in the death of my dog, Diesel. I brought Diesel to the vet because he had eaten the legs (2) off of a stuffed toy and they got obstructed in his bowel. His usual doctor was full and was unable to perform the surgery to remove the obstruction.

They called and asked their senior veterinarian to come in and perform the surgery. I was so appreciative because otherwise I would have had to go to the animal hospital for the surgery ($$$). I now wish I would have chosen the latter. The doctor informed us that he removed one foreign body from Diesel and that he was doing well. When we showed up to pick him up however he was in bad shape.

He was not willing to walk, he was very lethargic, and was nothing like the dog I dropped off. The doctor inform us that he would usually keep him because he's not bouncy back as he would expect but they closed in 30 minutes and he was sure that he would be fine. He sent him home with the following; his temperature is lower than it should be (an initial sign of a perforated bowel), he had no desire to eat or drink (also a sign of a perforated bowel), if he was forced to stand up he would walk very slow(this is called guarding probably from the perforated bowel), and he wasn't "bouncy back" as expected. Diesel was actually walking so slow to the car that the doctor picked him up and put him in the car.

Within 4 hours I had him at the animal hospital in hypovolemic shock(96.5, normal 101). He was lifeless. Within 24 hours from that time he was put down. It appeared that only one of the two legs had been removed which broke the incision to his bowel and from that he was diagnosed with a septic abdomen. The doctor called me Monday to apologize stating verbatim "I know now I made the wrong choice.

I thought it would be ok." I called the owner to request my money be returned to me because it was the doctors negligence that resulted in the death of Diesel. She didn't return my calls for 4 days. I then placed a review on their Facebook page and heard back from her within hours. She was made aware of my availability and only called me when I was not available.

After two weeks I finally got a hold of her. She informed me that she was not responsible for the doctor's mistakes and that I would need to take that up with him. She also told me that I pulled a "stint" with my post on Facebook and lastly told me that I misperceived the doctor telling me this occurred at his misjudgment. Not only should this woman never receive another dollar of business in her life but I would hate for anyone to lose a loved one at the hands of the doctors that they trust. This has been a traumatic experience and I couldn't bear to have anyone else go through it.

First impression glow wore off after picking them up after a week stay. I would recommend Animal Campus for their day play and one or maybe two night's stay, but not longer than that really. Day after day of playing hard and minimal human contact really took it's toll on my dogs. Also, remember to give them more food (like double) while they are there because they are burning so many calories playing so much - I saw noticeable weigh loss with my Weim after a week's stay.

For the price they charge I think they should include a bed for the dogs to sleep on instead of the cement floor. I also think it's lame that they charge you for an whole day if you pick up in the afternoon (e.g. drop off at 8am and pick up at 5pm the next day and you get charged two nights). The logs they keep for your dog while they stay there are vague, generic, and for the most part repetitive. Finally, like I said in my previous review, I don't like that they leave at 8pm and there's no staff on the property until the next morning.
