Well I ordered a bird launcher last Friday. Ok says 2 days to ship it's been 3 no big deal. The part that irritates me is it gives u a number to call with issues. Phone number goes to a full voice message box. I've sent 4 emails and a fax. I've had zero response. I have no idea if my launcher is coming or not. I rarely leave negative feedback but this customer service is horrific. Looks like I have to contact my bank and cancel payment unless they get back to me by end of week

If there was a 0 I would have selected it. No email with shipping info, mailbox is full so you can't get even a call back. Why is this company offering merchandise when it can't provide? Disappointed shopper.

Sadly, seems the recurring theme. Put in an online order waaaay back, not a single bit of communication since. Called/left vmails, emailed, and used the online site form, no response to any of the attempts. Is this even a real business?

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered a few things over a week ago and have received no information regarding it. Calls go unanswered and not returned, including that of emails. Sounds like a scam company, and I hope others read these reviews, unlike we did, before ordering from this scamming company.

My husband called, ordered a hunting vest and bells for a dog. Several weeks later, no word or when they would be shipped, like they said they would. He brought up the web page and cancelled the order, 2 weeks later we got the items. He's tried several times to contact them to return them and has no luck. No one answers the phone and you CAN'T leave a message. What kind of company is this.

I hoped the other review was wrong and ordered from Northland Dog Supply. I ordered a product on 12/11/18 and received an automated order confirmation email. On 12/13/18 I received an email asking to confirm what I ordered because apparently their website was screwed up and they would have to charge me more. I replied to confirm what I wanted even with the higher price.

Here is is more than a month later and I haven't received a shipping notification or any kind of status update. I don't know if I'm going to receive my product. My credit card hasn't been charged so that's good. I've sent multiple follow-up emails and left voicemails to find out the status but haven't heard a peep. At this point I assume I'm not getting what I ordered. Stay away!

Zero stars. This company does not respond to emails in a timely manner. Their phone goes to voicemail, sometimes you can leave a message. Almost 2 months and I haven't received my order. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a bird launcher. Waited 3 weeks, but no bird launcher. I inquired and found all phone lines not accepting any further voice mails. I faxed and e-mailed them, with no response. I finally got an e-mail from a "Deb", stating they did not have my product in stock, but were going to deliver as soon as they received them. I asked them to cancel and that was over a week ago.again no response. Not sure how they are straying ion business with this lame customer service. AVOID these folks.

I have purchased many items from Northland Dog Supply over the years. They consistently provide excellent products that any upland hunter can be proud to own. Great prices and fast shipping is a plus as well as great customer service! Do yourself a favor and check out their website--you wont be dissapointed and you will be geared up for another great autumn chasing grouse in the woods.

I would leave zero stars if I could. They do not respond to emails or voicemails. Sometimes the voicemail is full so I couldn't leave a message all of the times I called. I ordered something almost 2 months ago. I still don't have it. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Terrible customer service. Attempted to follow up on an order over three weeks old. All phone lines were not accepting any further voice mails, I faxed and e-mailed them several times with zero response. After about a month I received a single e-mail from a "Deb" stating my order was not in stock but would ship as soon as it arrived. I replied requesting my order be cancelled, as I already found what I wanted somewhere else. I am still waiting for a confirmation response.it's been over a week. Avoid these idiots.zero customer respect.
