You can travel in peace knowing your dog is happy and comfortable boarding at SkyDance Pet Lodge. Every pup is welcome at our spacious, crate-free facilities located in both Dousman and New Berlin. Your dog will be welcomed into the SkyDance family and quickly befriended by other dogs according to size, age and personality.

First of all I have been taking my dogs to Skydance for probably 8 years for grooming and boarding. I love everything about the recent grooming my dogs had done and I am always very happy with the boarding services. I would rate these at 5 stars. I have highly recommended Skydance to other dog owners. Now the reason I posted 2 stars is because it seems impossible to get a grooming appointment now.
I had my 3 dogs in 3 weeks ago for grooming. At check out I wanted to set up another appointment for 8 weeks out which I have always done. I was told that I would have to wait until the " groomers schedule " came out and the person checking me out made a note to call me when it did. I did not receive a call but I called back 2 weeks later ( last week) and was told they were booked up until August or thru August.
I asked if I could make an appointment after august and was told that I would have to wait until the "groomers schedule " came out again. She didn't know when this would be. I'm on a waiting list but I don't think anything will come of it. This is why I gave a 2 star rating. Now if I could only get a grooming appointment for my 3 dogs. Thank you. Update: I received a call from Skydance and after our conversation I was able to secure an appointment for grooming! I have now given them 5 stars and look forward to using their services in the future! Thank you!

I'm very disappointed in the services we were provided. My dog was groomed here and was vaccinated for kennel cough and got kennel cough from this establishment. I did call with concerns as my girlfriend's dog also contracted this from their kennel services 3weeks before mine did. They seem very uninterested in the well being of my dog when I called today to report this.
How many other dogs have also contracted kennel cough from Skydance. You should be ashamed and close for a day and do a thorough cleaning to disinfect to protect other dogs THAT ARE YOUR CLIENTS! thank you for the vet bills I have incurred. This would have been avoided if you would have taken to steps to protect our dogs. Very disappointed!

Dog pulls to go in. Never an issue, pretty sure he gets better attention here than at home. Love this place. Huskies will let you know if they don't want to go someplace, he charges in and can't wait to go here. He loves it. Only place we will use for boarding or a day time play time with friends. They place play time with similar personalities. No hesitation here.
