Fantastic quality and price, great homemade goods that are safe for your animals, it was nice to walk into the store and the smell the fresh-baked goodness that were fresh out of the oven.

As a courtesy, I went in to her store to let her know two dog toys I recently purchased from her came apart within 10 minutes of the dog playing with them and that I had already contacted the manufacturer since they claimed "quality guaranteed". She instantly became defensive and then disinterested after making a statement to the nature that I'd be out of business if I took returns on toys.

I reiterated that I contacted the manufacturer and wasn't trying to return them to her and was just giving her a courtesy notice that the product was inferior. My intention was to report on the quality of this product because when I purchased them she said that they just came in and it was a new product and I was the first, or one of the first people to buy them.

A business owner should find this feedback valuable and highly appreciate a customer who took the time to let her know about a new product she is carrying. A huge disappointment. Maybe she was having a bad day. Past experiences were satisfactory.

Super convenient right by Bashas, little specialty store for our precious pets. They deserve a little more joy in life for all they give us! Premium healthful yummy products. They carry the fantastic Zignature natural top grade fully balanced premium dog food. They're not on the vendor list, so I'm so glad I asked anyway! So fortunately for us, I found it in Carefree/Cave Creek, my dog has numerous allergies and the Whitefish blend works really well for her.

I tried everything. She loves it! They have canned also. They didn't have this variety but order items every Tuesday and I'll have it Wednesday, very happy. Just ask, they really want to please you and have happy, regular customers. Thank you Bosco's Biscuits, so glad to have found you!

If I could have awarded zero stars I would. "Eek Methinks not" should read "Methinks NEVER". Purchased a leash, it started to fray within 10 days of use. I went to return it, was told, "I don't take things back." further, that it frayed because my dog must have chewed it! Zero customer service, extremely poor attitude by woman who, I think, may be the owner. Reviews by Nancy D and Martha S seem to confirm that she may be better suited for baking dog biscuits than helping customers.

Love this place! Only shop in the state that bakes fresh natural Dog treats! My grand puppy Bennett won't let me come see him without them!

I have shopped here in the past. Would never go back! I approached the owner about honoring the Fromm dog food program of buy 12 get one free. She said she didn't honor that it was to much work. I also commented, that when I come in to get my Fromm dog food, she never has it in stock, it was hit or miss getting it there. After I left she told another customer " I should tell her to go F**k herself" Little did she know, that customer is also one of my customers. How unprofessional of her. She is only worried about money, not your pets! Shop somewhere else!

A bit disappointed in this store. Very overpriced. The service was unfriendly and rude. Sorry to say I won't be returning.

I have to admit, I was disappointed when going in here. The owner was baking something when I went in but started complaining when I showed a coupon. Then I was told they'd never make a profit if they accepted coupons and they don't do that there. Although the prices for some of the food I was looking for was the cheapest around, I would rather go to a store where the owners/workers are polite and welcoming even if the products were a little more.

Here I got a sob story about how if they took coupons they would never see a profit. I happen to have a hard time making ends meet and using the coupon was the only way I would try that particular product. The thought of owning a business with the shelves well stocked and then complaining to a total stranger about how they won't take a coupon because it would break them is so off-putting, even if it is true.

Very unprofessional. There is another very similar store relatively close to this that although they have more expensive stock, the owners and employees really make you feel special when you walk in the door. They will have my continuing business, not Bosco's Biscuits.
