The original process was so smooth. I liked that everything was online. But the best part is their responsiveness after the sale. I had to call for a couple simple things and they answered right away, even on a weekend. Best part, though, is that a year later I needed to train a new dog on the system and they dropped off a device to locate the underground wires and gave personal instructions on training again. All for no charge. I can't belioeve the service level. I have recommended them to all the other dog-owning friends I have.

We were impressed with Hidden Fence of Minnesota from the moment we reached out to them via their website. It was a Sunday afternoon and they replied within minutes via email and phone. They showed up 2 days later for installation (in the snow/rain/sleet). and were professional and did a great job fencing in our 5-acre property! They were transparent with their pricing and beat a popular national competitor by approximately 50%!

Unlike competitors, they were not "salesy" and we're able to articulate exactly how their system works, answering all of my questions in detail. Our dog loves to hunt and chase animals and so we were concerned we would not be able to effectively train him on the system. We didn't need any additional training sessions other than the initial session at installation.

We had our Hidden Fence installed about a month ago. We were considering installing a wireless fence ourselves, but when we found out HFOM was much more cost effective than the Invisible Fence brand (which seemed to be the only other option that didn't require us doing the work), we decided to go with them. The scheduling and installation were both done in a timely manner, and the person we talked to on the phone was very helpful in choosing collar options, etc.

The installer was very accommodating and helpful for deciding on the placement of the fence as well. We have a mini Golden Retriever, and he learned the ropes very quickly at a very low correction level. He's a happy boy now that he can roam the yard without being hooked to a leash at all times. I would recommend Hidden Fence for sure!

I looked at a number of options and chose Hidden Fence to enclose our yard for my Border Collie. They came out to answer all of my questions, the installation was quick, and training (of the people) effective. My year-old pup now has a free run of a large yard. Despite a trail running behind the house with dogs and their people going up and down the trail, my pup stays firmly in her yard. Now that it's winter, I can just let her out to do her business without having to follow her around in bitter cold on a leash.

We had our Hidden Fence put in about a month ago and we couldn't be more pleased! The tech who came out to install and work with us to get our dog trained told us that it might take a while for our dog to get used to the boundaries of the fence. Our dog was good with the system right away. She stays in the boundaries and has no issues escaping and running through the neighborhood. We're all very happy that we had our Hidden Fence installed!

My husband and I agreed to let our daughter have a pitbull puppy. I know, I know. Imagine our amazement when they informed us they had paid almost TWICE as much to have their yard wired! Well, it has been several months and we've adopted another feisty little female who likes to dig. Lickety-split she dug up the fence and broke the wire.
