My 9 month old puppy loves it here! Great, caring staff, and accommodating. The online reservations are so EASY to make. I always know he's in good hands when I drop him off. I've used their grooming services and they do an exceptional job also!

Appointment for grooming my dog obtained within 24 hours. New groomer who spent time learning about my dog, and my preferences for his appearance. My expectations were met 100%. Reasonably priced

We have been taking our dogs to Paws and Pals for boarding since the early 2000's. It's the only place we trust and know our dogs are taken great care of. How do we know our dogs like it? They get excited to go there, running in. In the past, when we have dropped our dogs off at other kennels, they would shake before going in and we would have to practically pull them in. Heartbreaking! Highly recommend Paws and Pals. Also great communicators and extremely accommodating.

Fantastic team, super responsive to requests. Lots of fun, and they love my pup. They've increased their staff size to better support the animals and I appreciate that they cap the number of dogs they can have each day at daycare to a manageable number. Plus available packages make their daycare an even greater value.

Cody our Maltese spent a day at the doggy daycare and loved it. All the dogs there were happy and friendly. The report card they give is super cute. Very reasonable pricing

We have used Paws and Pals numerous times both for boarding and for a daily visit. While pricing is on the high end and it's promoted more as a luxury stay, I really did not experience that. My dog did not appear to enjoy his stay. I rarely saw him on the video which is extremely choppy and grainy. Some positives are that I did receive a quick response when I asked about my pets stay and the check in and out process is very easy and friendly.

I love bringing my boys here. The only issue I have is whenever I call I seem to always be sent to voicemail. When my dogs are and aren't there. Love them otherwise, just wish they were more available.

I am taking my 10 month only Golden Doodle there for 1/2 day sessions of doggy day care once a week. She is having a great time! It is reassuring to be able to watch her on the webcams. The staff there is great and the facility is very clean. The price is very reasonable. It's a great opportunity for my dog to get in some play time and socialization. Thank you!

Returned here while passing through. It's been years since we'd been here, but still the same great Mexican food! You can't beat their warm hospitality or the giant margaritas they deliver balanced on their heads! There's something for everyone here.

My dog loves everyone! I have had a good experience with everyone I have worked with there.

I used Paws & Pals for grooming and highly recommend their groomer. She helped me with with my Newfoundland where other groomers would not. Long story, but my Newf is treated by a dermatologist because of her extensive allergies and if her coat isn't kept short there is the possibility she can develop body sores. Although Newf's are not normally clipped the groomer agreed to help me.

At check-in the groomer and I discussed what the best coat length would be and was happy to use my prescription shampoo. The grooming job was fantastic, my Newf looks very cute, the cut is even and I am able to monitor her skin and will be assured that I can get the prescription shampoo to her skin weekly. Will definitely go back again when it is time for another cut. Highly recommend this facility.

Took Piper for her evaluation. Went smoothly. I would have welcomed more feedback as to her behavior. Was told she did well! That was all!

I was really excited to take my dog here for grooming services based on the reviews but I was disappointed. The staff overall were mostly friendly but not professional. They took my dog without any question or information. I had to ask what their process is and how long they think it will be. They told me an hour and I had to come back an hour and half after dropping him off because I had heard nothing.

They first made me feel like they didn't have my dog.made me feel concerned.then they came out to tell me he was running late because he didn't like the blow dryer. No big deal, waited another twenty minutes for them to finish. Finally got him back and he didn't look any better groomed than his baths at home. I also paid for the deshedding (guaranteed to work) and he still is shedding right after this service. Overall disappointed and won't be going back.

We have been going to Paws and Pals for almost 5 years. They have lost all of their trained staff and the pandemic has hit them hard. With only one dog trainer on staff and a whole new crew that has limited experience with animals it isn't what it used to be. I had given them a 5 star rating and tons of referrals and now it just isn't the same. Hopefully they can get back to where they were with educated, trained, and knowledgable staff.

I've been bringing my dog to Paws and Pals for over 7 years. They have awesome people working there and always accommodate my schedule. My dog loves it and it's great to leave him somewhere that he enjoys. He always runs in to play.

We've been taking our dog to Paws & Pals since she was 4 months old, started with puppy classes. She is now 5 years old. She loves this place! Always so excited when we arrive there. She goes to daycare a couple days a week, and occasionally boards there. Wonderful, caring, professional staff. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend!

Did an amazing job on our nervous golden retriever! He was there being groomed for 3 and a half hours and didn't come home stressed at all. He looks FANTASTIC and it has really helped his shedding! We will absolutely be back for more grooming!

Our dog, Patches, loved to stay here. They made us feel welcome. They make it seem like our dog will have fun and we get to watch him via video playing out side. The time they spend outside in play is more than any where else he has stayed. Love this place for our dog!

My little guy enjoys coming here for grooming. Everyone at Paws & Pals are super helpful and go the extra mile. I'm mobility limited and they truly make it easy to get Rambo in and out. I'm going to need boarding soon and I have no concerns about leaving him with this team of animal lovers.

My little Lulu goes to Smart Play at Paws and Pals and it's the greatest place she has ever been. The staff are so caring, positive, and professional. They send a report card home with her and it's always full of interesting information and what she learned throughout the day. I was very nervous about taking her to a daycare as she is so attached to our family, however, the staff treats her like a princess and she's excited to go each week.

I know if we needed to leave her for an extended period of time or overnight the service would be just as great. I highly recommend Paws and Pals and specifically the Smart Play program. It has been such a great opportunity for Lulu to be around other dogs and people besides her family and to learn new commands and tricks. Thank you Paws and Pals for making her life more full.

Friendly and caring. Big, outgoing golden retriever suddenly got shy when it was time to leave her and the staff just knew how to entice her in. Sweet, caring, responsible, experienced.

Our dog was bit at daycare (small bichon) by a large yellow lab. Everyone should be aware that this place is quantity over quality. Our dog was attacked and they couldn't give a the real story. Our dog had tubes for fluid drainage due to there being 5 bites on his back and shoulders. Multiple doctor visits with unknown repercussion. He's traumatized. I would look into River Valley Veterinary clinic. Paws and Pals is not a place for small dogs, or any dog.

I take my 4 yr old rescue to their smart play day care option in the winter to keep him entertained when it's too cold for us to exercise as much as he is used to. The staff are so kind to both me and my dog and I can tell they truly care about him! They are one of the only places that actually does separate dogs by size and temperament and their staff are very knowledgeable in dog behavior and training (many claim to be but these guys have the results and certifications to back up their claims). My dog pulls me to go inside and via their Instagram photos I can see has so much fun as well as love and attention from staff all day long! This place is awesome!
