Guy Treanor has been a DogWatch dealer since 1991, proudly serving Minneapolis, St. Paul and the surrounding areas. He loves dogs and has knowledge of all dog breeds. Guy says, I've lived in the Twin Cities since 1957 and can't imagine living anywhere else. I've had many dogs in my life, but right now it's just me and my French Brittany Spaniel, Tripp.

Very happy we decided to use Dogwatch! We were impressed with their quick response time and customer service! Afton and Jake were great to work with! Initially, we were skeptical because we had a bad experience with another pet containment product in the past, but we couldn't be happier with Dogwatch Twin Cities!

I like that this is a locally-owned family business, unlike some other brands. Great communication before installation. Install was on time and very smooth. They help you and your dog with training. The system works well and it was easy to get the dog trained with their guides. I will say this system costs slightly more than a different brand, but it also seems to have tomorrow modern features. I do wish the boundary alert texts were delivered more promptly after they occur. Alerts for line breaks and dead collar battery gives piece of mind. Overall very satisfied!

They installed our dog fence almost two years ago and they were great. They came out right away, install was quick and smooth, training was easy thanks to Guy's instructions. We haven't had one issue with our dog escaping. We recommended them to our neighbors this year and will recommend them to anyone wanting an underground fence. The customer service is above and beyond in every way.

We had DogWatch install an invisible fence for our dog when we first moved to this house and we upgraded to the smart fence and app after getting 2 new puppies. DogWatch was great to work with - friendly, responsive, and good quality work and initial training with the dogs (and humans). The initial installation was really economical and a good value.
When we upgraded the equipment we added 2 collars and included some repairs as well (due to landscaping and cutting the fence). For all that was done, I felt the pricing was good. I also really like supporting local businesses.

I chose Dogwatch over Invisible Fence 7 years ago because of far better battery life of the collar and the fact that the battery itself is not proprietary, meaning I can buy it from anywhere. No regrets ever since. And the professionals at Dogwatch of the Twin Cities in particular have been outstanding, from the initial training plan for the dog (and owners!) to their great support over the years if the buried wire should get cut during landscaping projects. Dogwatch responded quickly to my request to repair a competitor's hidden fence, as the competitor could not come out for 7 WEEKS. They also gave me a price to change out the system to their brand, which I decided to do. They were out within a couple days and he could not have been more professional. I now have a new collar that I can reprogram myself, the batteries last two years versus a couple months. I couldn't be more pleased.

We interviewed all electronic pet fence companies and chose Dog Watch because they were the best value, answered our questions completely, and did not speak poorly of their competitors. They were the only company willing to repair the existing wiring at our residence - which worked great - and they provided solid training for our two dogs. We look forward to contacting them later this summer to inquire about collars for our two cats, and would strongly recommend their services!

Guy and Afton were amazing! Their availability produced immediate results in my dogs. The experience started off great when Guy arrived to install the fence. He walked us through each aspect and explained the importance of the training, the attention to detail, and how we as the customer can save money in the long run. Following the instillation, Afton came and trained our dogs.
The sessions that she had with them fit around our schedule and were produced to ensure timely results. Highly effective and I would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great cost effective invisible fence. Thank you DogWatch!
