Noah's Westside Animal Hospital - Mary Grabow From routine exams and annual wellness, to surgical procedures and emergencies - we've got you covered. Surprising, isn't it? Nearly 60 percent of pet owners believe that their pet's veterinary hospital is accredited when it is not. In actuality, only 12-15% of animal hospitals have gone through the accreditation evaluation process by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA).

We are proud to call ourselves an AAHA-accredited hospital. In the United States, all human hospitals that serve people with Medicare must be accredited through an accrediting body; they undergo regular reviews and quality checks to ensure they meet standards of quality for every aspect of medical care.

Our fur baby, Blitz had all but, stopped eating and drinking. We got him a year ago at an animal rescue. We had traveled to the East side of Indianapolis to F.A.C.E clinic only to be told that "They were closed on Fridays." That isn't what the website said, so we ended up at Noah's. Through their emergency service. We were quickly walked in, taken to a room, and our kitty was taken straight back, and they ran a liver test on him, took blood work, and an ultrasound.

He was found to have massive liver issues. In the end we ended up putting him to sleep. My 18 year old son was crushed as was I. They brought him back in the exam room for us to be with him until the end. They will petform a cremation on him, and send him home for the last time. The veterinarian sat down on the floor with my son, and told him, "He did the most humane thing out of love that he could have done for his "baby." I highly recommend this animal clinic. We didn't wait, and we were very taken care of despite the outcome.

Noah's has always treated my pets and me very well. They are kind, professional, courteous, and efficient (when you have a nervous kitty efficient is extremely important!) every person takes time to stop look you in the eye and communicate clearly and the gentle soothing tones are appreciated by Frank (nervous kitty) When we visit Noah's, either for a routine visit or because something is wrong, they always take fantastic care and when we leave we both feel immensely better.

Can't recommend them highly enough, they will be honest with you without using scare tactics so often employed when dealing with a family members health. All around they are good people and when you are making difficult pet decisions it's important to be surrounded by people you trust, the staff at Noah's fits the bill in all ways.

Had an emergency with our dog and we realized that she needed to be put down quickly to ease her suffering. Noah's was open 24 hours and was able to get us right in. They did a quick assesment and confirmed that she was at the end of her life. They gave us all the time we needed in a private room to say goodbye and helped her gently pass on. The last thing I wanted was for this awesome animal to suffer and the staff was so sympathetic and understanding.

They are taking care of getting us paw prints and her ashes as well. I cannot say enough about them. In addition, you would think it would cost a ton to use an animal hospital in the middle of the night. Not so. They are very fairly priced even though I would have paid anything they asked to help this poor thing.

If I could give 10 stars I would We took our 15 year old cat, Tuzday here for an emergency visit and ultimately had to make the very difficult decision to say goodbye. Everyone from check in, to checkup to the very end, everyone was very friendly, caring and patient with us. Every question we had was answered, even when I asked the same question more than once.

They took such good care of our Tuzday, and she was calm the entire visit. I feel like animals just know who the good people are. We were not rushed, detailed pricing was explained in full detail and we were encouraged to make the decision we felt was best. Today we got a card in the mail from Noah's that everyone had signed expressing their condolences and we cried all over again. These folks are the absolute best. I have been telling all my pet parent friends about them and we will bring our younger kitty here for veterinary care from now on.

I took my dog there early in the morning because he was having a seizure. They immediately helped him without hesitation. Dr Petersmann went over everything with us and answered any questions we had. They gave us very accurate pricing, which was awesome for someone who is on a "budget". I absolutely loved how they would call a couple times a day to give us updates on our dog and that we were able to go visit him. I highly recommend Dr Petersmann and the other staff there as well! They are amazing!

I brought me dog in a couple weeks ago due to failing health. They had her back within 5 minutes of us showing up which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, her prognosis was not good and I had to make the decision to put her down. I could not have asked for a more compassionate veterinarian. Thank you so much to the whole staff for taking care of my Bailey Boo, it means a lot.

I've only been to this vet a few times for emergencies. Each time I've visited, the staff has always been great about keeping me updated on the care of my pets. This last time that I went, my husband & I had to make the unexpected decision of putting one of our cats to sleep. The staff took great care to make sure that everything was done in the most caring way possible.

They even sent us a card signed by all the staff with their condolences, which I thought was incredibly sweet. I always recommend them to anyone looking for great veterinarian/emergency care because they do such an amazing job no matter what the problem!

My dog had cancer and it was hard to find a vet open and available when I noticed her breathing was off. I was able to bring her right in to Noah's, they were all very nice. Unfortunately it was my babies time to go, but they gave me as much time as I needed with her and made her as comfortable as possible. They also sent me a card afterward. I meant to say thank you when I picked up her ashes, but wasn't able to talk at the moment. I do thank everyone for their words of comfort in this difficult time.

We had to put Dyson, our precious chihuahua to sleep yesterday. Dr Lewis and all the staff took an absolutely horrible experience and made it easy and peaceful. Words cannot express my gratitude to them. Everyone, from the person answering the phone to tech ( wish I could remember their names) to the doctor exceeded my expectations if that day. So much appreciated.

I would like to say Thank you to all the staff at Noah's. I had to put my dear sweet Yorkie to sleep a couple of years ago and I must say that I appreciate the Dr and his assistant helping us make the right decision. My Heart is still broken but the compassion that they showed for My Wife and I. I will never forget and I just want to say, Thank you and God bless you all.

While it was incredibly sad and devastating to have to put my daughter's/ our family cat Molly to sleep.the entire staff was just incredible! Very very patient, very supportive, and genuinely cared about Molly and what we were all going through. They helped make an absolutely terrible experience at least tolerable. We are very grateful for their help and kind words and gestures!

Spent 4 hours waiting to be seen by vet, our pet was stable but that's a long time sitting in a room. 500 or so bucks later, and we're not really any better off than before we went. The vet was super nice and caring I will say. Staff was also very nice.

I recently brought my puppy here after a fall, which I had felt incredibly guilty about. Not one person made me feel bad about the incident. More importantly, my puppy received excellent care. Dr. Betheny Lewis was wonderful. She was very thorough and compassionate. Our nurse, Ariel, was amazing, as well as the other staff I interacted with. Cost was as expected and the facility was nice and clean. Hopefully I don't ever have to use emergency vet services again, but if I do, I will definitely bring my animals here.
