Good Dog Hotel & Spa

We've taken our energetic, boisterous dog to several boarding facilities and day cares over the years, and Good Dog is our favorite by a landslide. The care and attentiveness of the staff is evident, and their pricing and policies are reasonable and fair.

Will never use this business since they charge $5 to park in their lot if you are dining at Momma Carrollas. The parking lot is riddled with pot holes. This business is incredibly greedy and totally against the community atmosphere that makes Broad Ripple special.

My absolute favorite doggy daycare, grooming and hotel spot for my Pebbz! We've been going here for almost 9 years and will not be going anywhere else. It feels good to leave my fur baby here and know that she's being well taken care of. The staff is simply amazing! Wheneveaskef for a good groomer, daycare or hotel, Good Dog Hotel & Spa is who I highly recommend every single time.

This business has leased the parking lot to a private parking company. They charge $5 just to park in the lot that is surrounded by other businesses. Does not fit the spirit of Broad Ripple. If this is their attitude toward business I can't image how they'd treat your dog. Free the parking lot!

We have been using the day care for my dog for the last 4 months, 2-3 times a week. The front staff have been great and recognize my dog by name each time we arrive. They have always shown care and consideration for my dog and me. My dog is shy and timid and hadn't been to day care before. My dog was hesitant and didn't want to go the first few times.

Now he arrives with his tail wagging and recognizes the staff and is happy to be there. I am so happy to see his turn around! I feel so lucky we have these services on our doorstep and thank every member of staff for helping integrate my dog into day care.

With my personal experience I highly do not recommend bringing your dog here. Very careless service. Sad to see a nice place managed by a sh%#y staff

Our dog had the most terrible haircut. It was so bad they called me ahead of time before she returned and promised to fix it free of charge. When we tried to take her back to get it fixed, they refused and tried to charge full price again. The staff is rude and unprofessional. The groomers are unprofessional. This is a terrible place and we will not bring our dogs back here.

They are overpriced too. So many better options in the area for more reasonable and professional services. They said the manager would call back to fix it and he/she never called back.

Our dog spends a lot of time at home and doesn't have very much contact with other dogs. After taking him to other facilities for day care, they were unable to accept him as he was very nervous and didn't interact with the other dogs. We took him to Good Dog in hopes that he would warm up to the staff and other dogs. To our amazement, he stayed all day with no issues and had a great time with the other dogs. Since then, he's had numerous visits during the day and a couple of overnight. After being nervous at other places, he gets excited when we pull into the parking lot.

I left my dog with Good Dog during a holiday weekend. While I understand that the holiday seasons are usually booked and boarding is going to be difficult, I think Good Dog is an okay place to board your dog. Every time I called to check on my dog, they were attentive and they were able to provide good updates on my dogs eating habits. However, my dog peed in her kennel while with Good Dog.

I can say that this is worrisome because I've never had a problem with my dog peeing inside her kennel or in my house. She stays at home while I'm at work for 10 hours and has not had an accident. This leads me to believe that she was not taken to the bathroom enough while with Good Dog. I understand holiday weekends are busy times, but I want to trust that my dog will be taken care of while I am away. Overall, the staff was more than nice and great to work with. I just wish I felt that the same service was provided to my doggo when she stayed with them.

This is the only place I will consider taking my hyper (but extremely lovable) min pin to when I travel. The staff greets her by name the moment we walk in the door and she gets so excited when she knows we are going. I never have to worry about her in their capable hands. The pricing is very fair but knowing my dog is happy is worth so much more.
